A hotel with a Turkish flavor, a well-groomed green area. There are many beautiful photo zones and quiet corners for relaxation. In my opinion, suitable for families with children and the elderly.
In general, it is not new, there are nuances in the repair of halls, corridors, elevators are not air-conditioned enough, it is worth “thinking” about the soundproofing of rooms near the pools, updating upholstered furniture in the lobby, refreshing the miniclub. In the restaurant, unfortunately, flies fly and broken glasses come across.
One room in the main building: double bed, single bed, double sofa bed. The room is quite spacious. There is a small balcony with two chairs and a table (we had a view of the pool and the sea). It is very noisy only from 12 to 13 during daytime activities by the pools and in the evening you can hear the show in the amphitheater until 23.30, then it is quiet. All plumbing is in perfect order - shower, washbasin, toilet. The sink is located high, designed for an adult, a child under 7-8 years old will not get to wash, not quite comfortable. A set of cosmetics is standard, replenished as needed.

Of the nuances: there is no clothes dryer, so for swimsuits you need to pull a rope on the balcony - not aesthetically pleasing, but there are no other options.
If vacationers with children under 6 years old come here, then you need to take either a potty or a children's toilet pad with you; for reasons of personal hygiene, this is not given out for children at the hotel.
No frills food, simple but good. There were themed dinners: Mexican, Japanese, Turkish. For very young children and those who are on a diet, there is everything boiled / steamed: turkey, buckwheat, rice, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, steamed oatmeal, semolina. There is a hand blender with several removable bowls. There is no canned food.
Orange juice in the morning until 9.00. Packaged juices (orange, apple, cherry) constantly.
Coffee in the machine. Assorted tea bags, as well as Turkish tea and you can make a mix of dried herbs.
In the restaurant, highchairs for feeding are new and with a beautiful design (they are covered with a film, which is a big plus in terms of cleanliness).
You can always find a table in a restaurant, there is no terrible hype. The waiters are friendly, unobtrusive, offer and bring drinks.
There are bars by the pools and on the beach, restaurants on the beach and by the pools. Ice cream without restrictions for lunch and dinner.
Advantages of accommodation in the main building:
- close to restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner;
- lift (1-6 floor);
- second reception in the hall - meeting with the guide in the same place;
- cafe with Turkish brewed coffee;
- Newly refurbished rooms.
Walked around the territory - green / well maintained.
By bungalow:
- noisy from cicadas
- steep stairs to the second and third floors, so for families with small children who come with a stroller, they are hardly suitable. Raising and lowering a full-sized stroller to the third floor will be quite difficult))
- The bungalow area has its own small pool.

Anex building, it is also a garden house - a building at the reception at the entrance. As I understand it, the most "unsightly" type of accommodation for them. View from the rooms or the garden (covered alley from the main entrance to the pools) or the golf course / outbuildings.
The beach is large, nice, gray sand and small pebbles in places. There are a lot of sunbeds, you can always find a place, but of course there are those who like to go to put towels by the pool at six in the morning)). There is an area with VIP loungers, hammocks under a canopy, sun loungers in the park area by the river (convenient for mothers with small children - not so hot and quiet).
There are quite strong waves on the beach, so to swim with kids, especially those who cannot swim, I would advise you to take an inflatable vest. Very convenient and safe.
Animators are mostly Ukrainians, Turks, Kazakhs.
Contingent: British, Germans and Turks. There are also Russian speakers, but I asked the girls-guides, they secretly said that I mainly accept family or elderly people.
Miniclub with its own small pool and playground. Evening mini-disco starts at 20.45 and takes place in the miniclub - nothing particularly pleased, everything is quite primitive, compared to other hotels where we rested before.
Evening shows in the amphitheater at 21.45.
Wi-Fi is everywhere, including on the beach, but intermittently, you have to constantly reconnect by filling out an access form indicating your room number and your date of birth.
There is no dress code for dinner at all, whoever wants what he wears and puts on shoes - for positioning himself as a 5 * hotel, this is more than strange.
For additional services: the guide of the tour operator Coral Trawel Yulia said that they would pick up 5-5.5 hours before departure, she answered my question about the cost of an individual transfer - $ 70. We asked at the reception - taxi to the airport $50. We settled on this option and are very satisfied - everything is comfortable, fast and without arrivals at hotels and Turkish delight factories). They offer a standard set of excursions: tours, water parks, shopping trips.

In Belek, shopping centers and shops can be reached by bus, which runs every 30 minutes from the main entrance of the hotel. The cost is 1$/1€ or 3 TRL, the ride takes about 15 minutes. Taxi rank in the same place, to Belek $8.
The hotel is not a luxury hotel, not a party one for sure, but cozy, quiet, homely. If it fits the budget, then a good family vacation option in Belek.
