We flew to this hotel almost immediately after opening - September 4th. I will not describe the process of flight and transfer. We lived in the main building on the 2nd floor. I want to note right away that I liked the bungalows outwardly more, they are buried in greenery, as if you live in your own villa. The main building is not new, it has been refurbished. Bathrobes and slippers in the room - on request, you can also ask for accessories for children - a potty, a footrest, bathrobes and children's slippers. The room in the main building is spacious. You can even choose a pillow for stiffness - as many as 4 options.

The road to the beach through the river does not bother you in any way, the river does not flow into the sea, it does not smell, fish are splashing there and vice versa it is very romantic. The beach has the usual sun loungers, hammocks and family "beds". Since there are a lot of Russian and Ukrainian tourists in the hotel, accordingly, sunbeds are occupied almost in the evening, leaving their towels anywhere.

The hotel is trying to deal with it. Very tasty restaurant 24/7, large cocktail menu and delicious cocktails. When we first arrived, there were very few people and the waiters coped, there were no queues. Then at some point they stopped having time to serve and bring drinks for breakfast / lunch / dinner, you had to ask several times and you could never wait. But then it got better, they gave us the opportunity to pour ourselves juice / tea / coffee.

The food in the main restaurant was delicious. There was fish every day! Shrimps and crayfish a couple of times. Very tasty desserts! The children always found something to eat (2 years and 4 years), the cook even approached us, apparently responsible for the children's table and said that she could cook everything that was needed upon request. Separately, I want to note the children's club - every day there is not only a mini-disco, but various master classes, as well as real performances.
Animators in beautiful costumes inflate soap bubbles, balloons, etc. Cool parties on the beach for adults. Very beautiful and green territory, well-groomed. Lots of locations for beautiful photos.

It so happened that we had to apply for insurance and go to the local hospital, many thanks for the help to the guest relation staff - Duran, Marianna, Oksana - thanks again. It can be seen that the hotel is trying, listening to the guests. Of the minuses, I can only note that we did not like the cleaning in the room, not that it was dirty, but from time to time they did not report shower gel, etc. They did not wipe the cabinet mirror, children splashed it with their palms. Left a tip, but did not notice any improvement. I also didn’t like the elevator in the main building purely outwardly, it looks a little tired, and also the handles on the doors to the room are also a little shabby.
I probably would not have paid attention to this if this hotel had not been positioned for me as completely renovated.


At some point, a lot of flies appeared on the open terrace in the main restaurant, which annoy you by landing on you)), but after a few days it got better, I realized that they were processing something. Of course, Russian tourists sometimes behave ...Neither hello, nor thanks, nor please, they silently point their fingers in a restaurant, like monkeys. If you are positive, treat everyone kindly, then you will have an unforgettable vacation. In the current conditions, all the staff at +37 walks in a mask, this is a hell of a load, but nevertheless they always smile, make a delicious cocktail, wish you a good day.
