I was lucky to get to this hotel by Fortuna Belek hotels 5 stars UALL. The hotel is old, the furniture, the carpet, the walls, the interior are in need of repair, the territory is very small, two small pools, a dirty beach with burnt out umbrellas, a sharp uncomfortable descent into the sea. The sea itself is often dirty, due to the proximity of the river that flows into it. The hotel is stuffy, air conditioners do not turn on, wifi catches only in the lobby bar and restaurant.
They settled in a room in the 3rd building on the 3rd floor, overlooking the road, they asked for a room with a sea view, they offered with an extra charge of $ 10 per day the exact same room on the 3rd floor, only you can see the edge of the sea on the right, we refused.

Our room was very dusty, poorly cleaned, towels for 2 people, although there were three of us, we had to ask at the reception every day for an extra set of towels for the child.

The worst event that overshadowed our stay at this hotel was that on the second day of our stay here, our child caught a severe bacterial infection.
On that day, the child did not swim in the sea because of the storm, she did not go into the pool either, an hour after lunch she began to complain of pain in her stomach, then vomiting opened, which they could not stop, dehydration of the body was already beginning.
There is no doctor in the hotel, although in every room and at the reception there are signs "Doctor 247. "

In the evening, the staff remains at the hotel, who do not speak Russian and do not even understand English, it was a super task to get even a pot from them, the husband ran 5 times and asked someone to come up. Nobody cares. The child was getting worse and at 4 in the morning, after contacting the insurance company, an ambulance took us to the Belek clinic. After staying there for a day, having dripped antibiotic droppers, we were exhausted and frightened and did not want to go back to the hotel, because.
