We went to this hotel, having read negative reviews on other sites (in fact, the reviews were generally very old) and hoping that the place will be better. Even before the flight, there were some mediocre reviews on the Internet.
The hotel is located "in the middle of the field", there is nowhere to go outside the hotel. If you go along the shore in the direction of the center of water sports, then after 1.5 km there is a place where the river flows into the sea.

A taxi to Belek costs € 50, which is obviously due to the high cost of fuel $ 2.5 / 1 liter. There is a taxi rank behind the checkpoint, so you can try to go there and bargain, instead of calling a taxi to the reception.

The staff is mostly friendly, trying to help, tell, conduct. This is especially true for the animation team!

The room was a family room, consists of a living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms, which was received without any "surcharges" in a good location in the far building from the beach.

Part of our room was located half a level above, and the room itself from the corridor must also go up half a floor. The room faced two sides, and the common corridor, which runs along the entire building, runs under the number! Respect to the architect for the unconventional approach!
The minibar was replenished daily for free. By the way, if you tip the minibar, they will be picked up by the employee who fills it, not the cleaner.
The reviews said that the rooms were not cleaned. Near the bed next to the light switches there is a button "do not disturb", near the room in the hallway lights a red light and the cleaner - do not bother : ) After walking down the hall you realize that most pressed this button by mistake.
And in general, cleaning is reduced to cleaning dumps and from time to time change towels and bed linen.
The windows in the bedrooms are covered with huge wooden shutters, some of them fell off the rails and so there is really reason to worry that they will not fall on someone.
Ants, which were also written about in the reviews, are everywhere: in the room and on the tables in the bars.

The hotel area is just huge. Probably mostly well-off golfers used to come here. With the change of owner, the contingent of visitors to the slightly shabby hotel has changed dramatically : )
As correctly written in the reviews, the area is very confusing. The paths are laid in such a way that the shortest road to the sea first goes in the opposite direction. The vast majority of buildings are located quite far from the beach.

The beach is sandy, very good, but there were not enough sunbeds at all. Even before six o'clock in the morning on the beach and by the pools begin to wander sleepy tourists with towels.
Towels, handkerchiefs, pebbles and armchairs from the nearest bar can be found on many sunbeds in the evening.
Birds or flies do not bother on the beach, but dogs come. It seems that the hotel is only partially fenced, so dogs are wandering from nearby villages, which is not appropriate for a 5-star hotel.

For lunch and dinner in the restaurant, it is advisable to go immediately to the opening to sit at a clean table and have time to grab peaches or nectarines. There is really no baby food. The bars have good champagne, which is included in the UAI, but it is not served in the main restaurant. It is better to take other drinks without ice, which is poured into a full glass. Even before leaving, the waiter was surprised, who came up during lunch and pointed to the clock - "finish", which could be understood as: how much you can sit, you do not see that many people.

Wi-Fi is available at the reception and in the bar near the main restaurant, high speed.
As taxis are expensive, tour operators organize free trips to "sponsored" shopping malls. Leather and fur are transported individually, groups are formed on textiles. First they are taken to the shopping center "Kayalar" in Antalya, where they give a 10% discount on the price tag, and some things there can be bought at a very reasonable price, then the guide begins to ask for money "for the driver" who "deviates" from the route and delivers Deep outlet (in our situation it was $ 80), then go to a small shop Aspendos Market (inflatable circles, sweets, souvenirs). If there are plans to make serious purchases, people recommend taking a taxi and going to Antalya to the Terra City shopping center.
However, you can not go outside the hotel, because as I understand it, once a week the hotel comes to the bazaar and decomposes right by the pool. On the way to the airport is also delivered to the mall.
Being in the hotel for the first time stuck in the elevator, it was at 6 am when I went for a run / sunbed classes, and in my pocket was only a card from the room. The door slammed shut, the sign went out, and five minutes later the elevator started working again.

If in the first days of rest at 6 am only a few sunbeds were "occupied", then at 5 o'clock more than half were actually "occupied" in the dark.

The hotel has a gym, which is located about two levels below the reception. I liked the water park, there is a good playground and slides in the children's pool.

The hotel can be recommended for families with children and seniors, but without special claims to quality. But definitely owners need to think about raising the level of service.
