This is the first time I'm writing a review, apparently I'm boiling over. I am currently in this hotel. The food is more or less normal 4, the dishes in the restaurant are dirty, you always have to look for forks, spoons, tables are not always served. Sun loungers are sorely lacking, there are no free ones at 8 in the morning! The hotel is dirty, the toilets are dirty. In general, for the first time I see such a thing, so that the hotels were so dirty. The attitude towards Russian tourists, to put it mildly, is indifferent. The only plus is the animators for children, the guys are great, they amuse the children, thank you so much! The staff ignores us for any of our requests. The funny thing is, there is no shower gel in the hotel! Shampoo suggested. Of course, I will calmly wash myself with shampoo, but the Hotel declares itself as 5 arrivals.
In general, if you have the opportunity, add and take another hotel. I won't go here again.
