Everything is fine, but they can give a bad number. And the bartenders don't know anything.

Chose the hotel, one might say, impulsively. My wife and I wanted to relax for a week, went to a travel agency, sat for an hour and bought a tour. The meeting party was ANEX-tour, no claims to them. The guide did not load anything superfluous, did not impose anything.
The hotel has a unique design and consists of several buildings. And it is the unique design of the hotel that is the reason that the size and location of the rooms vary greatly from quite acceptable specimens to completely unsuitable for living "Papa Carlo's closets". Just like that we were placed.
Due to a flight delay of as much as 14 hours (“thank you” to UTAir), we arrived at the hotel at almost 12 at night. A very polite, well-spoken Russian girl at the reception, seeing our tired appearance, promised to give us a good room and ...smiling sweetly gave us the very closet on the first floor with a balcony-cave overlooking the sidewalk, where people constantly walked.

After a complaint, we were told that this was a standard double room and that they could not replace it now, and that it would be free only tomorrow. OK. There is nothing to do, we stay overnight in this closet at number 2320.
Friends, I will say right away - it is absolutely impossible for two to live there. The tightness is incredible. There is nowhere even to put a suitcase, there is simply no place for it. On the “double” bed, we shared a one and a half blanket all night, we didn’t really get enough sleep. I can't help but mention the smell of dampness. In general, friends, if they give you such a double room, this is a hoax. The double room looks different. But more on that later.
The next day, we were safely changed the number and given the number 1247 in the main building. And even if it was above the restaurant, which sometimes filled the room with a slight smell of the grill. And even though Wi-Fi worked very badly in it, we didn’t come there for it. And we were even ready to put up with the lack of a double bed - two were pushed together.
It was already a normal, adequate double room with a normal balcony, and from there you even had a little view of the sea and had a great view of the mountains. We stayed in this room.
And the secret of why we are so settled here is this. The hotel lacks family rooms. What they do is take a standard double, squeeze in another bed at the entrance to the balcony and turn it into an impenetrable and cramped "triple Family". For those who come together, comfort is also reduced by settling in essentially single rooms for two people. In general, seek justice, otherwise they will become quite insolent there in their thirst to grab as much as possible during the season.
Here is a small video review of the room in which we lived: http://youtu. be/OGhCqD_j4oY. At the end there is a slideshow of photos of the closet in which we were originally settled.

The rooms were cleaned regularly and, as a rule, in the morning until 12 noon.

On the bed they make all sorts of beautiful figures out of towels, but it depends on the tip. We did not have small banknotes and the first day we left nothing, cleaning became more modest. On the second day, they didn’t leave again - they just made the beds and didn’t even wash the floors. As soon as the coveted dollar was left in the room, the quality of cleaning was restored to its previous level and figures from towels appeared on the bed again : ) We left a dollar every day. The mini bar was replenished regularly and without question.
Upon check-in, we were offered to order a fruit basket to the room at any convenient time. A trifle, but nice!

The beach is clean and big, there are always free sunbeds. Entry into the sea is very convenient, the buoys are far away and motor boats do not interfere with swimming. Next to a large bar and fast food. You can have a bite without going far from the beach, almost on the seashore. Very comfortably. Lifeguards are constantly on duty. The water is clean enough. The beach is definitely 5+
The territory is not very big, but very clean and well-groomed. Animation and entertainment for every taste. There is mini-golf, archery or gun shooting, darts, volleyball, etc. The animators are just great! The animation program does not stop even for a minute. Everything comes in several languages, including Russian. They also have a local attraction - a small copy of Pamukkale near one of the pools.
Separately, I note Wi-Fi. Free but doesn't work well. With good coverage throughout the hotel, you can connect, but it is almost impossible to work. This can only be done early in the morning, when the bulk of people are not yet using their gadgets.

Food in the main restaurant is almost around the clock. The variety and quality of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner was very pleased! Everything was delicious. And the menu changed constantly throughout the week. More precisely, it didn’t change at all, but every day there were some new themed dishes.

One of the days there was even real Turkish sticky ice cream! I can’t note anything specific - everything was very tasty there (I’ll make a reservation right away, this is not the first time in Turkey, and besides Turkey, I have been to many places, there is something to compare with). Only now they let us down with wines - red and white are very bad, pink - you can still drink. We had it for dinner and ordered it if we managed to catch the waiter. And by the way about the service in the main restaurant. Everything is like everywhere else - it’s great in the morning, it’s good at lunch, at dinner - if you find a free served table, don’t even wait for the waiter - it’s easier to go for drinks yourself. The waiters will be occupied by the Germans - no one pays attention to the Russians. There was even a moment that we were sitting at an unserved table and no one approached us for TEN MINUTES, while already two waiters were spinning around the neighboring German table.
I had to go myself, catch the waiter and stand over his soul until he finally set the table for us (because the first two disappeared in an unknown direction after asking them to give us knives and forks).

During the week of our stay, we visited two a la carte restaurants. It was a paid Italian restaurant and barbecue. I liked everything in the Italian restaurant. The dishes are not from the general buffet, but quite original, the service is not super, but normal. Super there for the Germans, but for the Russians it's just normal. Upon arrival there, we were given the most worthless table near the entrance next to a bunch of prams (apparently because the Russians). At the request to transfer us to a more pleasant place for dinner, they transferred us without talking. Interestingly, no one came to that table for the whole evening. Apparently this is the policy of the hotel - try to give the Russians the worst option, suddenly a ride. And if it does not roll - do everything as it should be.
The restaurant (well, not quite a restaurant, of course) barbecue was especially pleased with its unusualness. Tables in the open air, next to the already melted grill with a net. Waiters immediately set the table with all sorts of side dishes, sauces and salads, and then bring a full plate of different types of raw meat already prepared for grilling on the grill. You have to prepare yourself. The waiter never left us unattended, served at the highest level. We really enjoyed! Be sure to sign up, especially since it's free.

Bar service is good too. There is even a small cocktail list. But the bartenders absolutely do not know how to do anything from it. Do not even try to order (although you can probably try). After tasting Mojito, Margherita and Pinacolada, the desire to try something else disappeared. Maximum whiskey-cola or pure drinks. And then, once they poured gin into whiskey-cola instead of whiskey ...

In short, the bartenders there are useless - they can’t do anything but pour a glass of liquid properly.

Evening shows. Well, I can’t say anything here - everything is like everywhere else. Seems ok, but nothing special. Never sat there until the end.

In the end, what I want to say. The hotel is good, the rest was a success. The weak point of the hotel is the number of rooms. They want to accommodate more guests than the hotel allows. And this is perhaps the only serious minus. Everything else is at a very high or just good level, except for the bartenders of course. If you are not embarrassed by the situation with the numbers - go and you will not regret it!

P. S. Mostly Germans rest in the hotel. And it seemed to us that the attitude of the entire hotel staff towards the Germans is somewhat better than towards us - the Russians. Also be prepared for this and don't be too upset if anything : )
