I liked the hotel itself. Clean, tasty, beautiful area. But 1. We bought a room with one large bed and two small ones. There was only one large room in the room, one small one and 2 children's rooms ...At the reception they said that they had no other rooms ...2. The pools have very cold water. 3. The animators shouted at me and the child. Arrived in the evening, the next morning went to the children's club, because it was the purpose of our trip. It was a difficult year and with 3 children they could not relax for a second. So, the animator called the children and they all ran to the middle. My three-year-old son ran after his sister. We stood for a while, looked and went out with my husband to walk the youngest daughter. Within 10 minutes I heard screams. My son took glue to his mouth. I ran - the animator shouts for me to go out with the child, otherwise the other children will also cry. I carry the baby, and he keeps screaming. I shouted at him that I was already leaving, what's the problem?
He told me in Russian - I'm tired of these Russians. After that, he went out into the yard several times to talk very politely with the Russians and pat their children's heads ...from such cowards and dupolysis. Spoiled the whole vacation
