Everything is ok - the plane itself, and the service on board and the skill of the pilot. The only question is about nutrition - when we flew there they gave only 1 biscuit and juice, although it was just lunch time. Back there was a morning flight from 7 to 10 in the morning - they gave a full menu with hot, dessert, etc. We still didn’t understand what it depends on

Let's just say so! During the transfer from the airport to the hotel, the girl told only about the exchange rate and time, as well as about the meeting with the hotel guide, and that's it. The hotel guide Elshan is generally terrible, boring, tedious, no useful and interesting information, he didn’t even give a printout of excursions for review. By the way, the prices for excursions go through the roof. Something more or less normal - 100 dollars. / adult, 50-60 per child. That is, for three - this is already 250-260 dollars. The transfer to the airport amused me with a mandatory stop near the candy store.
The advantage of the transfers was that they were almost individual, except for us - there was only 1 hotel on the way. So that's lucky
Hotel
Check in was quick as we arrived at 3pm. Although I heard that people who arrived at 7.00 are really not settled earlier - they wait until dinner, as by all the rules. Also, those wishing to extend their stay at the hotel also had difficulties - the hotel was 100% full.
They settled us in building 4, on the 4th floor. During the week, the elevator did not work 2 times - I had to climb on foot. For whom this may be a problem, it is better to choose the lower floors. The rooms with the nicest and quietest views are the ones facing inward - overlooking the pool. On the right side of the hotel, construction is underway, though it is already at the final stage. The equipment works from 8 am to 18.00. On the left side of the hotel, there is a neighboring hotel, and behind it, probably, the private sector, because in the morning the roosters sing very loudly.
The hotel itself is very big, beautiful! ! ! There is a spa center with a hammam, sauna and indoor pool.
The contingent is Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan. There are local Turks as well as guests from Arab countries. But they are few in the general background. The audience is mostly decent, a lot with children, and with tiny ones in wheelchairs.
Wi-Fi catches even in the rooms and near the pools quite tolerably, and generally flies in the lobby.
Rooms
Spacious, beautiful. The room has a refrigerator (mini bar is included in the price and replenished with soft drinks daily), conder (never used), plasma, kettle and tea-coffee set (cups, sugar, cream, tea and coffee bags), there a safe, slippers (for some reason there are no bathrobes), from cosmetics - only body lotion and hair conditioner, there are also cotton pads and cotton swabs (3 pcs). The bed is big and comfortable and the towels are great too. There is also a very spacious and roomy closet with lots of hangers and shelves.

I was very pleased with the balcony-terrace - it's just huge. By the way, we paid for a room with a garden view, but we got a room with a side sea view.
The original placement of the shower room and toilet did not bother, since they were their own weight? There is only one door for both of these rooms - you can close either the toilet or the shower room.
Housekeeping is lame - one day they forgot about us at all, the second time they took the towels away, but did not give new ones.
Hotel area
frankly small. All that is possible - they built up buildings and pools. There is practically no greenery, or it has not yet grown. There is a catastrophic lack of space for beautiful photos under flowering bushes.
There are several pools on the territory, a water park with a strange opening hours - from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. Pools of different depths from 35 cm to 150 cm. Clean, but not heated. There is a children's pool with children's mini-slides. For May, this is important, since the water warmed up normally only by lunchtime.
There were enough sun loungers and umbrellas.
But towels must be handed over strictly before 18.00 Once they came at 18.05 - they were no longer accepted. I had to take them to my room.
There is also a sports ground with basketball hoops, a tennis court (rackets and balls are free of charge), inside the hotel on the -1 floor there are 2 ping-pong tables. Sometimes they are taken outside during the day.
The beach is sandy, there are also a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea is clean and beautiful
There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel! ! ! There is a small shopping center and a river in the rows, where frogs croak very beautifully and nostalgically in the evenings.
Nutrition
Simply wonderful! For breakfast, in addition to traditional scrambled eggs and pancakes, delicious natural yoghurts, dried fruits, nuts, lots of fruits (strawberries, watermelon, melon, apples, pears, nectarines, bananas). Meat is also for every taste - chicken, beef, lamb. The fish was different and every day - sea bass, mackerel, red fish, steamed fish.

Drinks: tea, coffee (even Turkish coffee is brewed), milkshakes, a whole bar menu of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, especially martini and champagne, also beer on tap and in bottles, energy drinks (Red Bull), Cola, Fanta , Sprite, Airan
With an early check out, we ordered a lunch box, which in fact turned out to be just a sandwich in a film, even
Animation
Not stressful and fun. There were also morning exercises, and step aerobics, and yoga, water polo and various competitions in the pool.
There is a mini-club, with gradation by age (for 3 groups). I can’t say anything about her - my son was with us all the time and on the slides.
We got to 3 concerts - Boney M, Yolka and Banedros. It was really cool! ! ! Special thanks for them! ! !

Now wishes for the hotel (if suddenly they read reviews):
1. Bathrobes in the rooms
2. Improve the quality of room cleaning
3. Do not grill food under the windows of the rooms (during lunch and before dinner - smoke spreads in clubs)
4. Always working elevator
5.
Ukrainian channels on TV (there were only Russian ones, although Ukrainian channels were on the list)
6. Greener territory with elements of landscape design!
7. Organization of shuttle buses for guests to Belek, Alanya, Antalya, since there is simply nowhere to go around the hotel!
8. Increase the work of slides in the water park from 10.00 to 18.00
9. Make a decent lunch box: with vegetables, fruits and juices, in a separate bag
10. Leave at least 1 cafe with snacks open from 16.00 until dinner, since during this period there is no food at all anywhere and no
