Let foreigners also know that this hotel should not even be considered as a good pastime.
Let's start with what I'm not the only one who noticed - the Luxury category completely refutes itself with the level of services of this hotel. And now in order.
We came to rest from Kazakhstan, a family of 4 adults and 4 children. The first minus is what not all tour operators are talking about. Port Nature is located at the extreme point of Belek - the village of Bogazkent. From the moment we boarded the transfer bus at the airport until we were dropped off at the hotel, exactly 1 hour and 43 minutes passed!! ! It took us almost 2 hours to get around the hotel, although we were promised a maximum of half an hour.

It's not about traffic jams and not about the quality of roads, but about the fact that this hotel is located on the very outskirts of the outskirts of the village and, unlike other hotels, because of its status, we were taken last.
Further, all the videos from youtube that you will be met at the entrance with champagne and sweets are fake. At the entrance stood a hostess girl in a dress apparently sewn from the curtains of this hotel and yawned looking around.
The lobby is a different story. A huge walk-through courtyard, which in the morning serves as a reception, and in the evening as a lounge bar on a 24/7 basis. The only person I would like to thank for the sincere human attitude is a waitress named Zeynep. That's who really worked from the heart all 5 days that we spent there.
Further, I met a tireless guy named Omer - an Instagram star who tells everyone how to have a good time at the Port Nature Luxury Hotel, about MovenPick ice cream, about high-quality alcohol for every taste and all this is absolutely free, etc.
But for some reason, respected Omer did not talk about the negative, namely that:
- in the animation room, where children spend more than 8 hours a day, there is a terrible smell and stench of sewage that has already eaten into the walls of all rooms and I forbade my children to go there.
- a similar smell, if not worse, in the SPA center, where the hammam is located, etc. Staying there for more than 5 minutes was impossible. Obvious plumbing problems.
- the rooms have only one glass door separating the shower and toilet. And if you are in the shower, then the toilet is open and vice versa.
- there is no air conditioning in the elevators and you have to go and sweat from the zero to the 5th floor
- there is no air conditioning system in the corridors and you also have to walk and sweat in the humidity of 85-90%
- in the dining room of the hotel, yes, yes - it is the dining room, and not the restaurant, that there is always a pandemonium for breakfast, lunch and dinner because the scheme for distributing dishes has not been thought out and in the morning the queue for an omelette is like a queue for free gifts.

- food in the canteen is not much different from our school canteens: mashed potatoes, 4 types of pasta, rice, buckwheat and incomprehensible Turkish salads seasoned with vinegar and mayonnaise.
- the poor waiters are obviously not coping, and at the same time they are constantly chased by overseers who walk around the hall instead of helping them.
- the quality of the beach leaves much to be desired. They don't look after him at all. Garbage, leftover food and other rubbish lying right on the shore. In addition, the bottom is terribly muddy like a swamp and sharp pebbles at the edge of the coast make your trip to the sea more difficult. The water was dirty and cloudy all 5 days of our stay.
- in the advertised Irish bar, which is open until 12 at night, there really is a lot of free alcohol, but there is also a lot of alcohol, which is paid. Nobody talks about it beforehand.
- in the same Irish bar, from 12.00 to 16.00 you can eat MovenPick ice cream, which, in fact, started my unpleasant story in this hotel - although I don’t dare to call it a hotel, rather a hostel. So, on the very first day, going to the bar with the family, knowledgeable people told us that the Irish bar is a separate state with its own laws. And the thing is that the bar manager is an inadequate person and a rude person named Ercemen, a friend of the hotel owner named Mehmet, and he himself sets the rules in his bar. Mostly young and, unfortunately, stupid waitresses from Ukraine work for him.
On the first day they met, they were ready to reveal all the secrets and even shed a tear, talking about how badly they live and how they were deceived by employers with a salary. Judging by their words, they were looking forward to the end of the season in order to leave Turkey as soon as possible, forgetting, as they put it, "this bug" as a bad dream. These empty-headed waitresses are led by a "peacock-like" Supervisor named Ali, who does not leave the mirror and, like a narcissist, goes crazy with his beauty.

During 4 days of visiting this bar, my friend and I were served by a waitress from the hero city of Odessa named Alena. And on July 30.2018, I, along with my friends and brother, was in the Irish bar on the territory of the Nature Luxury Resort. At about 3:40 pm local time, I asked Alena to come up to us and take an order for Movenpick ice cream, which is only available in this bar through the waiter.
After several more attempts, no one approached us. This attitude on the part of the attendants was not the first. In the very first days of visiting the bar, all the waitresses behaved boorishly and defiantly, especially ignoring the requests of our spouses and children for ice cream.
Further, closer to 16.00, I once again warned the waitress Alena that the bar was closing and after 16.00 we would no longer be able to get ice cream. She again ignored my request and went about her business. She returned at about 16.03 and said that she would not be able to take our order, because after 16.00 ice cream is no longer issued and, turning around, began to leave. I asked her to come back because I had not yet finished the conversation and give me a complaint book, to which she answered boorishly as follows: “fuck you ... ”
After that, I could not help myself and scolded her for such a boorish attitude.
A few minutes later, I apologized to the patrons of the bar and left the premises with my friends. On the street, the director of the bar named Ercemen was already waiting for us, who behaved inappropriately and all the time threw his fists at me trying to provoke a fight. Immediately he started yelling for me to leave the hotel immediately.
The situation was settled by the manager of the hotel, Gokan Gozaltin. After talking with me, he listened to everything in detail and learned from me personally the true cause of the conflict. Moreover, he apologized for the staff and even offered to bring ice cream to my room. Having calmed down, I thought that the conflict was over. But it was not there. The ambitious and inadequate bar manager named Ercemen again decided that only he decides who stays at the hotel and who does not. As it turned out later, using his connections with the owner of the hotel, he forced the manager to change the decision in his favor, otherwise he was threatened with going to the police and further deportation.

After prolonged pressure, blackmail and threats against me and my family, I decided to leave the hotel and move to the hotel offered to us at that time by the "Letoonia Golf resort". I believe that the hotel had no right to behave in such a way towards the guests. Moreover, to force to leave the hotel with 4 children for the night looking…
After such a pig attitude towards their guests and disgusting service, I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel…
