I rarely write reviews, but here I would like to warn people and describe the whole “luxury” of the hotel.
This hotel is suitable only for very unpretentious clients who are not bothered by any dirt or shabby throughout the hotel (in other words, a homeless person).
The hotel positions itself as a new 5-star luxury hotel, but to put it mildly, the hotel barely falls short of 4 stars and the feeling that it is 20 years old. Having paid 180.000 rubles for 10 days in September for two, we were shocked to see the whole situation.

Dirty carpets in the corridors, old tattered furniture, dirty dirty tables in the lobby. It is better to keep silent about the toilets in any of the zones, in particular near the restaurant (toilet paper on the floor, dirty toilets, overflowing trash cans). There is no housekeeping at all in the hotel. The bed linen in the room was changed for the first time only on the 9th day of the holiday, after our request. Pillows in some kind of lumps, on which it is impossible to sleep.
The food is average, but not varied, at the end of the holiday they simply didn’t know what to eat, absolutely everything is the same for breakfast, lunch, dinner. With a large load, it is unrealistic to find a place in a restaurant (or rather a dining room), you have to circle around with plates and look for a free table. At 21.00 dinner ends, and the main light is turned off in the restaurant, leaving only a la fireman. If you didn’t have time to eat before 9 pm, then you have to squint and eat in almost darkness. All sofas and chairs have crumbs from previous guests, the waiters do not clean this area. No one collects food on the floor at the tables either.
The work of the hospitality / guest relations department is worth noting separately. After asking our opinion about the hotel and having learned it, the employee said that the hotel had an influx of guests from Kazakhstan, after which the hotel is difficult to restore. Absolutely not politically correct on the part of the employee.
On the last day of the vacation, we lost our jacket and turned to the same guest relations staff. They said that before our departure there were about 40-50 minutes left. We fully described the thing that we forgot in the room (taking into account that we forgot it in the morning and applied in the evening, a little time has passed). The employees called the maid, who supposedly had to find the thing. As a result, we waited for at least some action from the staff until departure. Given the described item (women's jacket), the maid brought a boy's T-shirt. As a result, we went ourselves to the room of forgotten things. I have not seen such horror for a long time....all things were lying crumpled on the floor, something in bags, something in wine boxes, there was such dirt around that it is cleaner in market bazaars. It is difficult to describe this in words. In the end, we left without our stuff, which, in our opinion, was simply stolen. The employees, of course, did not even apologize and did everything with such a face, as if they were doing us a favor.

Until 00.00 a disco rumbles all over the street, then everything moves to the club.
Given that 95% of the guests are guests with children, a strange decision.
The only thing you can praise the hotel for - animation and fast work of bartenders / waiters, good wi fi on the territory of the hotel. Well, the sea, which has nothing to do with the hotel....
