The hotel is in disrepair. Apparently completely flooded, but open to guests instead of major repairs. Mold, damaged furniture, floors, wallpaper, carpet in common areas. The bathroom doors are swollen and won't close. The smell is rotten, the whole tree smells disgustingly of rot. Ventilation does not help, the next day of stay there was a severe headache. If you close the balcony in the room and return after a couple of hours, then there is a nauseating smell in the room. In common areas, the same thing, but in a lower concentration. All air conditioners in the hotel are leaking, there is water everywhere, you can easily slip. The neighbors had a charred outdoor air conditioner unit. Problems with sewerage, dirty water from neighbors came to the toilet and the riser made a lot of noise, including at night. Dirty, torn bed linen and towels, curtains. The mattresses were very sagging, it was painful to sleep. The next night my husband turned them over and it got better, they were never turned over.
Poorly insulated wires are lying around the territory, including in the wet areas of the pool. Dirt throughout the hotel, including the restaurant. Dirty rags, dishes, tables. Dishes are broken. The scene on the animation under the children sagged a lot, the plywood moved away, the children stumbled. There are a lot of broken tiles in the pool around the perimeter, I scratched my foot on the tiles at the bottom, the child's hand on the side of the pool.
The location is bad, the wilderness. While checking out, we saw a cockroach in the closet. Curtain. We could not stand such terrible conditions and moved to another hotel for our own money. Even if you spend all day by the sea, it is still impossible to sleep in mold and rotten stuff with cockroaches and other people's experiments in your toilet bowl. It's not about living up to stars, expectations, or money. We lived in 2 * and in guest houses. This hotel is simply dangerous for the health of both adults and children.

A divorce was worked out at the reception: first, they settle in the basement or on the 1st floor, where the rooms are in a more disrepair condition (in our case, there was water by 3 centimeters in the bathroom and mold was from floor to ceiling). And then they offer an upgrade from economy to standard upstairs. Some for free, some for money, some for gifts.
