We chose a family-type hotel, as we were traveling with children 1.5 and 5.5 years old. It was important food, cleanliness, comfort for children.
What did you end up with:
1. FLIGHT AND ACCOMMODATION. The flight was postponed, although I paid about 1300 UAH for a night flight at 3:30, it was postponed to 1:30. The children didn't sleep, it was still hell. The guide on the way to the hotel said that the beginning of the season, so we will be settled immediately with a 90% guarantee. We arrived at 6:00 in the morning and we were offered to hang out with the sleepless children in the lobby until 12:00!!! ! At 8:30 am, I heard the girl at the reception kindly offer a free standard room (as booked from us) to a family who wanted to extend their stay until the evening, since they have a late check-out. I rolled up a light scandal and we were settled by 9:00.

2. INSURANCE. Excellent! Had a chance to use the services, all without a single hitch! BUT, there is a nuance, about this in the next paragraph.
3. POOL. Clean, big. Children's for some reason sooo cold! I did not let my children in because it is fraught with a 100% cold, given that the thermometer was already 41-42 degrees at 10 in the morning. Near the pool the tiles are slippery and laid very clumsily. The edges of the tiles are sharp. The child fell and cut his chin, had to be sewn up. Of course, you can fall anywhere. But we chose a family hotel and wanted everything to be provided. It was possible to put rubber mats if they could not buy a normal tile. When the shelter gushed, we ran to the reception, I went to the room for an insurance policy. When she returned, the guide (girl) had already covered the wound with something and covered it with a band-aid, saying that there was no need to call a doctor, it would heal by itself (the wound can be seen in the photo). I insisted, they took out an ambulance, the doctor said to put stitches unambiguously. But the restless guide girl, either treated a baby with a fever with teas “so as not to call a doctor, ” or advised everyone for the same reason. In short, we had the impression that the premium was removed from her for using the insurance policy, so she did everything so that people would not contact the insurance company.
4. PURITY. The room was cleaned well, no issues. The dishes in the restaurant are washed this way, you had to look at the plates when you take them, they could be dripping. On the first day, we went to have breakfast and found in the morning (and we were the first at 7 in the morning !!! ) a dirty children's table (seen in the photo). Puree blenders have been lying in dried slop since yesterday (also seen in the photo). We swam on the beach, the youngest had his own spoon, I disinfected the rest of the spoons. But this did not save us from the COXACKIE virus!! ! One day the pool was closed for cleaning and disinfection was carried out in the rooms. We were glad, they say, well done, they keep clean. It turned out that already dozens of children had a temperature of 39 and a rash. Both of mine also fell ill, it is impossible to bring down the temperature with anything other than injections. The rash is terrible. In general, we are treated at home.
5. NUMBER. The photo shows the filling of the mini bar (one-time), there is a pot, a playpen for the younger, a good hair dryer, in general, I liked everything. It is convenient that there is even a kettle, I prepared the mixture.

6. MINI_CLUB and ANIMATION. Also great! There is a petting zoo, swings, children were constantly occupied and entertained. We didn't participate, but there were always activities.
7. FOOD. There is nothing for children. Soups are spicy. French fries, mashed potatoes, pasta and all. Chicken meat could be blended. But there is no variety. Strawberries IN THE SEASON were already 3 times in 9 days! There were also fights for apricots and peaches??? ? In general, the food is the same, although there were themed days. In a la carte restaurants, everything is the same as in the dining room! Just brought by the waiters. The food is the biggest negative of this hotel. Save a lot. In 9 days, you can't even look at those french fries. In the photo, my breakfast is all 9 days old. There were also pancakes and scrambled eggs or hard-boiled poached eggs to choose from)))))
8. BEACH. Clean! The water is clean! There are security guards and lifeguards who really monitor the vacationers so that no one swims far and so on. Excellent sun loungers, a canopy, well, everything is as it should be!
9. STAFF. Questions were only to guides (rude and self-medicated), as well as to one guy at the reception who settled us. The rest are all good guys. The staff of the hotel is its great advantage!! ! But the guides should be changed, after all, they are the first to communicate with guests and they are not professionals.
10. TERRITORY. Perfectly! Clean, green! All well-groomed! There is a whole department of the "green team" that oversees the eco-direction! Garbage is sorted, plants are monitored, etc.
11. SHOPPING. Do not be fooled by scams like trips to the mall! I bought souvenirs at the hotel. Sweets costing 1.5 ye, were from 8 ye in the shopping center, where they brought us on the way back and kindly gave us a 5% discount! Everything is much more expensive there! Our friends generally took a taxi (themselves! The guide is more expensive) and went to the center of Belek, where they bought everything at a great price!
I won't go to this hotel again. I will look for hotels with good food????
