This is far from the first and not even the 10th time in Turkey and Belek. This year, our travel agent offered to buy a tour to this hotel through TUI.
One of the conditions is 5 * and compliance with hygiene standards. According to the reviews - this hotel was suitable. We arrived on 4.08, were at the hotel at 11.00, check-in according to the standard - by 14.00, which, in other respects, complies with the standards. But what was our disappointment when we saw and got acquainted with the hotel. It's far from 5* and close. The quality of cleaning in the rooms deserves special praise! Dear representatives of the hotel, to clean the room is not to remake the bed, but to clean it!! ! Nirazu for 8 days of rest the floor was not washed. In the main restaurant - the dishes are not washed, i. e. , the quality of washing is such that the dishes have to be sorted out. Glasses for wine in the main restaurant after washing are a nightmare for someone who does not believe, ask the vacationers there to pick up and take a picture now. The fruits are not well washed. This cannot be equated to a hotel even of a 2-3 * category. Do the hotel administration and the tour operator TUI not see this? Why is the administration not responding to comments? A woman who cooks pancakes in a snack bar, as well as those who cook in a restaurant without gloves, is this probably the Turkish standard 5 *? Or appropriate sanitary conditions? On the third day, the water began to be intensively chlorinated and measurements were taken, which prompted certain suspicions and, as it turned out, not in vain.
