He communicates with tourists arrogantly (this is not only our opinion, but also that of many Russian tourists from different cities) he cannot (or does not want to) solve the problems of tourists, they only do one thing there, selling excursions and organizing trips to the leather and fur center.

But the worst thing we encountered in this 5 STAR hotel was the cleaning of the rooms. The room was ugly vacuumed, there was always sand on the floor, after three reminders at the reception (again, without the help of a company representative at the hotel), we were more or less vacuumed the room. Throughout the rest, water flowed from under the bath, after two calls to the reception, the water continued to flow, we stopped insisting on it, trying to save our nerves, began to put a towel on, and so washed until the end of the rest, with a puddle in the bath. But the worst thing was that at the beginning of the holiday we suspected the cleaning staff that they were cleaning the washbasin with our toothbrush (after coffee peeling, we washed our swimwear, there was coffee residue on the sink, and then we saw particles of coffee on the brush, the sink was clean) it was hard for us to believe this, so we considered it as a misunderstanding. our suspicions were fully justified when we saw the hair on the toothbrush that got stuck early in the washbasin drain, we took the toothbrush and went to the reception (photo attached). The manager denied everything, and did not even apologize, and accused us that we had set it all up ourselves in order to demand something from them. offered us to buy a toothbrush, we refused, because. resting in a 5 * hotel, they are able to buy this unfortunate brush for themselves. The hotel is more focused on Germans than Russians, the owner is German there, we think that the Germans would not be talked to at the reception like we were if they showed this toothbrush. (we didn’t need anything, we just expected an apology from the employees, but we didn’t even hear that) We couldn’t influence this situation and didn’t receive an apology, so the only way out was to tell all our compatriots on the Internet about those horrors of cleaning that take place in this five-star hotel. By the way, having met another family from St. Petersburg there, we told a story about a toothbrush, to which we saw round eyes, and heard that people also suspected that they were cleaning the washbasin with a brush.
