Horror !!!! I have never seen a worse vacation than in Jacaranda!! ! We bought the hotel as 5 *, but the hotel is 3 * at best. We are writing this review while still at the hotel. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel was divided into 2 zones: Russians (ordinary, old hotel) and Germans (luxury zone, new bungalows, and new restaurants). When buying this hotel, no one told us that the hotel is divided into two zones.
Where the Germans are, there is complete cleanliness and order, where the Russian zone does not give a damn about anything.
Restaurant: it is very difficult to call it a restaurant, the name for this is a canteen. Everyone walks around in anything: shorts, T-shirts, bathrobes, tracksuits, bazaar slippers! You people are going to dinner!! ! From food, one type of fish and one type of meat for which 15-20 people line up! (This is in a 5 * hotel !!! ). At breakfast, we stood for pancakes for a very long time, the pancakes were over, but no one was in a hurry to fry them. They came with milk porridge, there was an empty pan in 15 minutes they brought it - cold! Desserts are inedible. It's almost impossible to find a table for dinner, lunch and breakfast! You have to come first or you won't find it at all. I would like to mention one baker who bakes very tasty bagels with sesame, he is always friendly. The rest of the staff is absolutely not friendly, many do not understand either Russian or English.

Mini-club: we chose this hotel guided by the presence, as we were told, of the wonderful Toucan club, today we went with the child to one of the mini-clubs, we were kicked out after 5 minutes of being there. They said that this is a mini-club for the luxury zone. Then we went to another mini-club for ordinary mortals. There are a lot of children there, many are not under supervision, the floor is dirty, we went into the sleeping room, there was a full potty for children, it can be seen from yesterday. There are a lot of animators, but they are of no use. Mini-discos are held in a stuffy room. And from May 1, it was held in the amphitheater, instead of the children dancing on the stage, there were 3 girls on the stage, while the children stood and crowded down near the stage.
Beach: came to the beach today, under the sunbeds is a bunch of garbage, plastic cups, and all sorts of things. The staff starts to clean the beach after 10:00, when vacationers are already resting and swimming in full.

In fact, the TUI does not care what problems you have here, the main thing for them is to sell as many excursions as possible.
