I would like to share my experience in this hotel. We have been going to Turkey for 7 years already, we have been to different regions, I prefer Kemer (very beautiful landscapes: mountains, pine trees, eucalyptus trees and nature is beautiful) We choose Turkey when we eat with children. It is convenient with the flight (we live in Ukraine) at 2.30 am and you are already at the resort, plus the transfer is quickly delivered to the hotels.
This hotel is literally 20-30 minutes drive from the airport to Kemer approximately 1-1.5 depending on how many hotels the bus will call.
They settled quickly, but from experience I don’t take luggage with me, I look at the room first. This time they settled on the second floor with a view of the household and the trash, with which we did not agree. They came back and asked us to change. If the hotel is not full, they always change and always with a sea view. The main thing is to name the reasons why you are not satisfied with the number and thank (from $ 5 and more in your wallet. They do not require money)
After settling there were some problems, which were quickly eliminated. The team of craftsmen work very quickly and efficiently. Everything was fine with the settlement, the only thing was that there were no beach towels, which they promised to bring to the room in the evening, but I had to go the next day and ask for it myself.
As far as the hotel is concerned. . . The beach was always cleared of debris (sand was sifted through a mesh) from gobies and bits. . . there were enough trash bins. People are wondering if it’s really pleasant for you to lie in your “shit” or do you go where it’s clean : ((So the beach was clean, the sand paths were always removed, even the toilet on the beach, compared to the toilet near the pool at the restaurant was creepy, it was clean, but it was also the only place where you could change clothes, as there were no changing rooms.
But the sea pleased us with its warm and clean water. The beach is mostly sand, but sometimes the waves brought small pebbles. In the sea, after 6 meters, there was a shoal of 3 meters, and then again the depth. That was great.
Now about the kids. My vacation was focused on them. The youngest is 2.5 years old. I think the question of what to feed the children for mothers is important. In the morning in the general restaurant there were always 2 milk porridges (semolina and oatmeal), milk yogurt (you could take it both at lunch and in the evening in the children's restaurant, which was not in other hotels. Only in the morning), breakfast cereals and milk, also always there were cookies. There were pancakes, but my girl did not like it, but she liked the toast with cheese, which she could cook herself. For breakfast, the fruits were only oranges and grapefruits. Fresh juices for a fee of 2 euros or 2 dollars. I personally take my instant cereals just in case. I want to note about adult food, I have never been hungry. The food was acceptable for all tastes. Didn't like the pastry for breakfast. At lunch, we sometimes went to a snack bar (located by the sea. It is also a fish bar, it is also a tea bar with pastries from 16.00-17.00). Delicious pizza and doner kebab
Special thanks to the club "Tukan", where the children had an interesting time by age groups. Guzel coped well with the youngest children. Each child was given a T-shirt and panama with the image of a Toucan as a keepsake. They were always in the center of attention, interesting activities and games were organized for them, every day children were painted into fairy-tale characters and made figures from thin balls. Sergey was always surrounded by children and tried to pay attention to everyone. Immediately familiarize yourself with the club's schedule and its capabilities. All animators speak Russian and all animation is also only in Russian. Many and special thanks to Alexei (I had a problem, he helped. He raised all the guys. No one remained indifferent) Free services: stroller, baby bed, potty, thermos, high chair, who does not reach the washbasin is issued at the reception for the duration of the stay at the hotel ( we had everything of our own), laundry for children under 3 years old, fresh juices, ice cream, playrooms by age. Toucan, who was beloved by the children, came to dinner in a costume, and stayed there until most of the children had a meal. And then everyone gathered together near the stage, children and parents danced with pleasure. Animators Alina, Dilek and Lena were excellent for both children and adults.
But there was no time for adults to be bored either. For those who love outdoor activities, the guys tried their best (Typhoon, Orhan, Tekin whose names I remembered the rest were also on top). The contests were very funny and lifted everyone's spirits. It was interesting not only to watch, but also to participate (I also had a chance to participate. It really adds to the mood) Fitness trainer Lyuba always found time for lovely ladies. She taught both yoga, aqua aerobics and could teach belly dancing. She was great at finding a common language and giving advice and cheer up.
