I want to share my impressions about this trip, because this year we are going to rest on a yacht again. True, now in Croatia. And the boorish attitude of one major Ukrainian tour operator will not discourage the desire to plunge into the fascinating world of endless sea spaces, snow-white yachts and again feel that incomparable feeling of sailing.
So, rest on a yacht, Turkey, Marmaris.
With the choice of a charter company and a boat, we were not mistaken. Phoenix Yachting has a proven track record of delivering great boats without overburdening you with unnecessary formalities. Our snow-white 47 foot Vanila delighted us every minute of being on it. The skipper was our yachting instructor Dima Yarovaya.
The difficulties of this trip were that there are no regular flights Kyiv-Dalaman, flying through Staboul is expensive and long, and our travel companies do not want to sell tickets for charter flights without hotels.
With difficulty they took tickets to Coral Travel. Which they later regretted. Since our flight back was postponed five hours earlier, and they forgot to warn us about this, they also forgot to warn even about such a possibility and that it was necessary to clarify all the data on the flight the day before departure and did not give contact numbers by which it can be clarified. So imagine our reaction when we arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure, and we were told that our plane had already left. On the phone, the Coral Travel number obtained with such difficulty, the employee of the company replied that these were only our problems and he could not help us in any way. And can't recommend anything. And the fact that we are in a foreign country, after a holiday with almost no money, Coral Travel does not care at all, so what if she sold us tickets?!!!!

With us were still "friends in misfortune" who were supposed to fly this flight. But they were sold tickets by another company, which apologized to them, immediately sent them to another flight and compensated for the flight costs. And our Coral Travel…. May God judge them!
So the yacht. Big, new, crazy beautiful...And for a week it's yours...
There is one subtlety that you should be aware of when renting a yacht. The charter is usually carried out from Saturday to Saturday. But before 17-00 you will not get on the yacht. Therefore, you should think in advance how to pass the waiting hours if you arrive at the marina earlier. Don't forget that summer in Turkey is very hot and this time can be very tiring. Therefore, at 17-00 we unanimously gave up the mooring lines and rushed towards adventures. What could be more pleasant than the feeling of a fresh breeze after the city heat.
Two hours of sailing and we are in a fabulous wild lagoon with unforgettable outlines of coastal cliffs and clear water. Probably, it is in such places that an artist or a poet is born in each of us ...
Bathing hour, dinner on board, wine, stars, romance….
Morning, breakfast and sailing again. There was a slight rough sea that day. Therefore, staying on the tank could be compared to some kind of water attraction. Exciting and exciting.
We parked for the night in the marina of the town of Bozburum. Very nice town with nice restaurants. Everything is great.
The next day is back at sea. Nearby is the island of Rhodes. Greek mobile operators are actively sending sms with greetings. Again swimming in the purest waters of the Aegean Sea. Overnight stop at the marina. Wonderful evening, wonderful food, everything is super!
On one of the days we even managed to race with a nearby yacht. The match flight was a success. We made them! Caught up and overtaken.
No wonder we have a world champion in yachting on the steering wheel!
This is how our week went by. Indeed, unforgettable!
Now I do not want to rest on the beach in one place. I want to sail on a yacht.
It was nice to know that Dima Yarovoy opened his own yachting school. He is a really great instructor. They also work with charter companies in Turkey and Croatia. We want to take a boat through them in Croatia in September. Let the guys be all right. Favorable wind to all.
