We chose a hotel on the shores of the Aegean Sea for a holiday with a family of 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 10 years old). We stopped at La Blanche Island, liked the location, the number of beaches, a large green area. We were prepared for the fact that the hotel was old and in need of repair (we read the reviews), but we were not ready for how they would treat us here.
The first negative impression was in the main restaurant of the hotel - the staff at the distribution at close range does not see Russian-speaking people at all. Any other person can come to the counter and get the desired dish without a queue with a smile and a wish for a good day.
Rooms, cleaning leaves nothing to be desired, dropped the phone behind the bed, had to move it and see the entire history of the hotel from its inception.

The cleaning of the territory starts at 10:30, when you relax on a sun lounger, they will sweep the sand around your feet (while you sleep) and will crawl under the sun lounger with a mop with an unhappy look.
But this is not the most unpleasant. Money was stolen from the room, and they were in the bag and in the nightstand. The hotel management stated that they were only responsible for the valuables in the safe and kicked us off in every possible way even when we called the police. The official position is that it is your fault that you left valuables in the room. How is that at all? Should I hide all my bags in a safe? Maybe clothes too?
The theft was noticed immediately, it so happened that in the evening they counted the money and hid it in a bag in the bedside table, the next day after cleaning they took the bag from the bedside table and when they opened it, one bill was missing. We immediately turned to the hotel management, it was obvious to us who could take the money. But there is no leadership, they decided the swarm in another way and doubted that we had money and, in general, that we were telling the truth.
We have not seen such a humiliating attitude in any hotel in Turkey and in general in other countries.
I’ll add to the service that you need to book an a la carte restaurant, you need to have time to go to the guest relations table from 08:00 to 9:00, which we did, but did not have time to sign up, everything was scheduled, on the 8th day of rest, patience burst, we began to resent such an order and - oh, a miracle! The table was found. It turns out that while you are a calm, adequate person, no one cares about you, as soon as you start raising your voice, you become visible.
Further - more, the only normal bar in the hotel is in the lobby. There we were served tequila, with lemon and a glass beautifully sprinkled with salt. It was chipped, which was not visible under the salt, as a result of a huge cut on the lip.
In short, I do not recommend it. They were able to force me to write a review, I do not want our compatriots to spend money on holidays as unsuccessfully as we did.
