The agency picked up 4 tours for us, one option did not suit us right away, because we had the condition that the sea was not far away. The rest of the hotels were on the mountain and did not have their own beach, so they did not fit either. There was only one option left - the Costa Bitez Han 4 * hotel, where we stopped. This hotel was also recommended by the manager in the agency, but we, in fact, did not like it at all, since the description of the hotel does not correspond to what is in reality. The staff at the reception did not speak Russian, one person spoke Russian, but at the time of our arrival he was not there. We were the first of the 10 people with whom we arrived. I also didn't like the room very much, everything was kind of old. Cleaning consisted in the fact that they wiped the floor with a rag and that's it. We just kept the order and cleanliness in the room. . Another downside is the hot water. In the evening, it was necessary to drain the water for half an hour to wait for a warm one. . The food was the worst. To be honest, I ate only french fries, because it was simply impossible to eat everything else, or there were portions of edible food that were so small that they took it apart and we didn’t have time to see it at all, I don’t know. . All alcohol in the hotel was paid. The hotel mostly rested the elderly, there were a few couples with small children. The hotel area is very small, there are a lot of dogs and cats. . (if you leave the hotel, there was a promenade, where there are a lot of restaurants and cafes. We went there for a walk, it was our only entertainment, because there was no animation in the hotel, and it was far from the city, we had to go by minibus for about 30 minutes. A guide girl came to the hotel, she briefly spoke about the excursions, but since it was already the closing of the season, the month of October, there wasn’t much to choose from, but by the way, we weren’t particularly interested in excursions. I don’t even know who I could would recommend this hotel to probably anyone, this option is probably only good for a one night stay. I don’t know what you can do there, I don’t know what you can eat there, and what to feed the same children, if an adult cannot find anything normal to eat there. When we arrived at the hotel we were very disappointed, do not recommend!
