Instead of the hotel we chose and paid for, the Join up tour operator sent 35 people from our flight to this cesspool, ostensibly as compensation for a flight delay of almost 2 days. There are no 5 stars here at all, a maximum of 3. Rusty plumbing, broken sewerage, dirty linen and towels, cockroaches in the rooms. And also - to go down and up to the beach - 2 floors on the stairs, since the funicular goes down only to the restaurant, then - on foot. There is no animation at all. We will go to court for ruined vacation.
