Rested at Clab Virgin (former Joy) for a week from 14 to 21 August 2010. Had a great rest. Before the trip, I looked through all the reviews about this hotel on the Internet, I got the impression that the hotel was some kind of "secret", very little information, and the one that came across in 2008-2009. Therefore, when making a decision, three criteria were taken as a basis: 1-price policy, 2-complete absence of children (this buzz can only be felt by those who rested in family hotels in Antalya-Kemer and Alanya avenue), 3- (though that the hotel is located on the first coastline) proximity to the cities of Bodrum and Humbert 1.5-2 km. If you go on foot, then 20 minutes, if you go to the city center, then a taxi costs 5-10 dollars. On different sites, the hotel was declared as 4 *, 5 * or HV-1. after visiting the hotel, I can safely assure you that the hotel corresponds to 4+ (excellent four). The only minus is the incredible number of steps, and if I have always lived in the main buildings (they usually have better rooms), then this time I was delighted with the club room located on the second terrace, which means proximity to the beach and the restaurant, but, what would to get to the reception, you need to walk and take two elevators. The first days my legs really hurt, and after swimming in the sea, it was hard to climb the steep steps, but after a week this inconvenience was almost not felt. As for the rooms, I will say the following: no frills, clean, rustic, everything worked in the room - air conditioning, shower. TV (one Russian-language channel "First") Slippers, bathrobes, no washcloths, shampoo and shower gel appeared on the 3rd day of my stay, well, okay, I carry all this with me! All rooms with sea views, Cleaned daily, clean without tips, the food at the hotel is excellent, so varied that you had to limit yourself, so as not to gain extra pounds, the staff is extremely polite, literally squanders compliments at every step, but practically does not speak Russian, but it absolutely did not bother, always it was possible to explain what I needed in broken "school" English, the contingent of vacationers was 99% foreigners (French, British, Germans, Italians, educated Turks) while I lived in this hotel there were 10-12 Russian-speaking people. The average age of vacationers is 25-50 years old, a lot of young people, in couples and companies. The animation is unobtrusive, I met Galya, an animator from Belarus, a very attentive and friendly girl who helped us in many ways and provided our leisure time in terms of a guide to the nightlife of Bodrum! Galya, thank you!!! ! , which starts with pebbles 1.5-2 meters, then sand, the sea is clean and not at all cold, as some reviews wrote about the Aegean Sea. The pool is one small, which really pleased me so much that you don’t need to get up at dawn and go to take sunbeds, there were always free sunbeds on the beaches, there are practically no places near the pool after 10 o’clock, but people periodically move from the pool to the sea and find a sunbed quite really. In terms of recreation, the hotel is excellent, due to the proximity to cities, we went to clubs and discos every night, and they are excellent in Bodrum and Humbert! Conclusion, learn English, and in Bodrum! I recommend the hotel!
