Came to this hotel with a family of 4.2 adults and 2 children! We only went to this hotel due to the fact that we booked a 2-room suite in a bungalow. We arrived at 6 am, did not sleep at night. First they promised to check in at 9, then at 12. As a result, when the time was already settling at 14, it turned out that we were settled in a regular standard room with a price difference of $ 1.000. That the room category that we booked was not free, the same situation arose for about 10 more families. They settled in the basement rooms where there were no air conditioners and all the walls were torn, most likely a room for staff.
The hotel is engaged in fraud, sells good rooms for an attractive price, and as a result they give rooms 10 orders of magnitude lower! The tour operator Anex tour, who was paid for the ticket, took the position of the hotel and offered to either check into this room, or move to a hotel in another place that costs less. When we started talking in raised tones, the hotel canceled the reservation altogether and the operator told us that if at 17.00 we were not determined, that is, we were given an ultimatum, then we were with two children, one of whom had diabetes, and we even had nowhere to put insulin in the refrigerator , we find ourselves on the street and do what we go! And even moving by taxi we were told to pay ourselves if we move somewhere! We could move to another hotel for an additional fee. All this happened in the background after 36 hours without sleep and we had no choice how to settle in the standard! A photo of the room that was supposed to be and what turned out to be attached in the end!
I do not recommend this hotel!!!

Here only Turkish citizens are accommodated in good rooms, and we are shoved in the ass with our family room!
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are monotonous, approximately plus or minus everything is the same! Not a restaurant, but one name! Buzz, noise, no music, no atmosphere!!!
The territory we read about does not save the day!
At 6 am people go to borrow sun loungers! In the Ala Carte Restaurants, at first the price was 15 €, then we crossed out and rewritten 20 €.
