I will say right away that there are no claims to the territory, food and settlement.
But they gave us a room with plaster crumbling from the ceiling, with walls covered with fungus, and with a dirty sheet.
Immediately asked to change the room. We were offered another room with a surcharge, but they said that it would be free tomorrow at 12.00. They offered to come the next day at 12.00 and look at the room. We gave our consent immediately.
When the next day we came to the reception, we were told that the room was being cleaned and sent for a walk until 14.00. At 14.00, the Russian-speaking manager was not on site. The rest of the staff speaks only Turkish. Thanks to the hotel guide Anex Tura, who helped clarify the situation and it turned out that we had to come to 16.00. At 16.00 it turned out that the vacationers had extended their stay in the room until 19.00. Well, at 19.00 it was announced that they could not kick out the tourists who paid for the room, but they remember us.

In order not to spoil our holiday completely, we decided not to waste time on further showdown.
As it turned out later, the hotel is rented and the tenant has not invested anything in maintaining the hotel for several years.
So I do not recommend to go to this hotel.
