The arrival was early, they brought us to the hotel at 5 in the morning, we had a night flight, we were tired... and they refused to check us in without options, although initially, before arrival, our travel agent sent them a letter asking them to check in in the morning. In general, they didn’t settle us for money or without money (They said that there were no free rooms, but after the scandal at 9 in the morning we were still given the keys to the room.
Standard room after renovation, spacious, new plumbing, but dirty, for a child an extra bed was brought in a couple of hours, the mattress was dirty, the floor in the room was dirty. I had to go to reception again and ask to be removed. The mini bar was replenished upon check-in once. The staff is not friendly, the problems of the guests are in no hurry to solve. There are problems with the Internet: there is a reception at the reception, but not in the hotel and in the room. Probably there are antennas in the rooms near which, but they are not enough for everyone.
The hotel area is large, but it is very poorly cleaned. The elevators are not washed, the glass is dirty, I have never seen the pool cleaned. As for the animation, it is also lame: the Children's Club is open from 10 to 12 and from 14-30 to 17, the animator is one girl. There were no shows for adults in the evening, there was nothing to do in the evening. Meals: the cook is good, they cook deliciously, but for a 5-star hotel the variety is not great: there is only one grilled fish from seafood, for which there is always a queue. Bananas, orange, pomegranate - this is not, figs only in the morning. Alcohol is only locally produced, no liquors, imported alcohol - in the evening and for a fee.

Of the positive aspects - a very beautiful bay and a view of the sea, for a child a gentle entrance to the sea. I also liked the climate, despite October it was comfortable - there was no sweltering heat, but even after the rain it was not cold, we always wore shorts and T-shirts. Also in the pros I will add the Infinity pool and spa center. These places were very comfortable and pleasant.
