We were in the hotel from 07/29/2016 to 08/05/2016. We had a honeymoon and the hotel administration prepared a surprise for us in the room. upon arrival, fruit, wine, swans on the bed and a door with a bow were waiting for us. It's nice. The hotel has a spa. Prices bite, but we have to bargain, we visited a Bali steam relax massage, we were satisfied. The territory of the hotel is clean and well-groomed. Food: varied. You can eat at any time of the day, especially drink. Food selection and presentation are excellent. There are fast food and healthy food. A day later, the restaurant offers Turkish, Italian or Mediterranean cuisine for dinner. The staff is friendly, welcoming. Tips are not asked for, but there are boxes for them everywhere. This is etiquette. The quality of room cleaning is always good and we did not depend on the tip left. Once, the maid forgot to leave a towel for her feet, but these are trifles.
Evening programs in the amphitheater are amazing. Until 21:00 children's entertainment, then a show for everyone. But this is a real show. professional dancers, acrobats, Turkish dances. Miss and Mr. Hotel liked less. evenings with live music at the beach bar did not impress me at all.
Of the minuses: everywhere they smoke, everywhere is simple. I arrived at the 5th month of pregnancy to relax, unwind, as a result, I was exhausted all week. It's just hell. It remains only to allow smoking in the restaurant.

Animators: they supposedly are, but during the day they are not visible. I found out about the presence of Russian-speaking animators on the day of departure. They do not come to the beach, do not communicate with guests, do not actively invite to daytime entertainment. if my husband had not taken the initiative, he would have lain like a seal on the beach all the rest. such passivity of animators in my practice for the first time. But in the evening, during the show, they actively yell in the amphitheater, encouraging the crowd to clap, and at the end of each evening they dance their animation dances.
In general, the impression of the hotel is good, they care about the environment, they ask you not to throw away towels, save water if possible, and use towels for several days if you are not uncomfortable. I enjoyed this moment very much. In the room, by the way, there were combs, and a razor, and paste with a brush, and ear buds with cotton pads, and bathrobes.
If you don't mind smoking, this hotel is highly recommended. During our stay there was just a sea of ​ ​ children of different ages. For them, there are separate pools and a whole entertainment program.
