Rested in the period from 18 to 25 June 2009 by a company of three people.
In general, I liked everything 
The first impression of the hotel is poor. The appearance of the facade and reception seems simple and not too well maintained, which immediately spoils the impression of the hotel. In fact, the hotel is much better, every day we discovered something new for ourselves.
The rooms are nice, cleaned every day, everything is new and clean. The room is about 16 sq. m with a small balcony. True, not all rooms have balconies, but $ 20 works wonders  . The room has air conditioning, a small plasma TV and a mini fridge. There is a small shower, a hair dryer and a mini shower set (gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner with a neutral fragrance). Towels were changed daily.

The staff does not know Russian at all, many of them strained with English.  Nevertheless, during the whole stay we were always smiled and willingly responded to all our requests. The day before our departure, a Russian-speaking man appeared at the reception.
2 people speak Russian with a Georgian accent - Nino (animator girl) and Malina (responsible for issuing towels). By the way, a beach towel is issued on a deposit of $ 5, upon departure they are returned to you.

Very well maintained green area. There are no more hotels in the neighborhood, just as there are no shops, cafes, etc. 
The hotel rests mainly Turks, British, French, Belgians.
The restaurant and its staff left a good impression.
The food is delicious and quite varied. From fruits - cherries, apricots, watermelons, melons, apples, oranges. Everything was of high quality, without yesterday's leftovers, every day the chef personally checked everything. Very pleased with the wine. Although local, but from bottles.
The hotel has everything you need, a good spa. For a comprehensive package (sauna, Turkish bath, peeling, foam massage, oil massage, face mask), the Turks ask 80 euros from 1 person. Naturally, as elsewhere in Turkey, you need to bargain. There were five of us, we managed to bring down the price to $35 
The weather was great. The climate of Bodrum is very different from Kemer and Anatalya.
During the day there is a constant breeze combined with a hot sun, and in the evening it is fresh (about 22 degrees), but not cold, plus low humidity.
Sea… This is perhaps the only negative of the hotel. There are no sea spaces and horizons, there is no azure water, there is a bay with slightly muddy water. There are a lot of fish near the pontoon, the sea is very warm. By the way, the Turks did not swim in the sea at all, preferring a pool of sea water.
There are 3 pools on the territory: a regular one, with water slides (about 2m deep), a pool with sea water.
Animation during the day was by the pool (aerobics and water aerobics), in the evening - in the amphitheater in English and Turkish.
You can play mini-golf, tennis, table tennis, volleyball for free. (clubs, balls, rackets for free). You can also take a canoe for 2 people for free.

We went on a sightseeing tour to Bodrum (free of charge) - the main part of the trip was devoted to shops of gold, leather and sweets  We walked along the embankment. City of white houses, small, ancient streets. The Aegean Sea is beautiful, many yachts and boats.
We went to the water park ($45) and rafting ($75). The water park is a large area, few people, there are no frantic queues for the slides, which is pleasantly pleasing. Rafting - 14 km descent along the Dalaman River (level of difficulty 3-4). More exciting than in Antalya, where the difficulty level is 1-2.
The hotel itself is more suitable for families with children, young people will be bored there. We give the hotel a 4.
