Just returned with my wife from this hotel. Cherished with TURTESS on the bus, we were met by the hotel guide NINA, on the way she sang very beautifully about the fact that the guide is a fairy and a guardian angel, but already at the settlement there was dissatisfaction: Nina said to put money in the passport and then they would give a good room with the desired view . She collected our passports, sent us to breakfast and went to the reception. When we returned we were handed the key - the room is small and the windows overlook the courtyard of the hotel. To our indignation, the guide NINA said with bewilderment that she had done everything possible, asked to spend the night, and tomorrow she would try to solve something. When tomorrow came, she again came up with something and we decided not to move, although other people agreed with the reception directly and moved. Therefore, you need to go on your own and not trust the guide NINA. Further, our Fairy Nina made an appointment for us the next day in the evening, and began to soar tours as usual, but somehow so obsessively and openly impudently, they say the answer is right now and there is no time to "think". After our refusal, she lost all interest in us, even somehow insulting... Then our friends' ATM swallowed the card, and again there was no support from Nina's guide, and then she disappeared somewhere, the last three days it could only be heard over the phone.
But none of this could ruin our holiday. I really liked the girl Guest Relation Stella, responsive and attentive (Russian speaking), caring hotel doctor and bartender from the Ramadan lobby.
There is a lot of different food, you can take it to your room. Ala Carta restaurants are not impressive, but I liked the colorful grandmother who bakes cakes with filling from 12 to 17

In general, the hotel is normal with a good company you can have a great time
