The hotel itself is in a good location. Let's start in order....Upon check-in, it turned out that the toilet was leaking in the room, because of which there was an unpleasant smell in the room. We were refused a request to change the room, they said that they would repair it, but only after we resolutely refused to settle in it, we were told that another room would be vacated later. I had to wait for two hours. There are practically no Russian-speaking staff. Later, the air conditioner in the room broke down, but it was repaired in time for us. In a word, the appliances and plumbing in the hotel are not in the best condition. The food is very monotonous. Very little fruit, mostly meat, chicken, sometimes fish. We do not recommend taking a free shopping trip to Bodrum (it is included in the tour), you should not waste time. The beach is very small. The staff is not very responsive, sometimes the girl at the reception desk from Azerbaijan helped. The rooms are cleaned every day.
