We went to rest in a good mood, but it melted when we crossed the threshold of the reception. The hotel is designed for a Slavic vacationer, 80-90 percent of Russians. tried to impress "Macho" on the animator's girl, while expressing obscene language. The children listened to this, none of the staff made a remark to him. They settled quickly, despite the night (23.40) and a large number of guests. without separate costs, unlike our friends (we arrived with a group of 8 people, 3 families), they had to pay $ 10 in the morning to change the room to a more comfortable one.
Our room consisted of 2 rooms (since we have an adult daughter), the room had a large balcony from which a beautiful view of the bay of the Aegean Sea opened.
The sea here is really beautiful, the hotel area is large, green and blooming.
The main building and the territory of the hotel deserve their 5 stars, but the service and cleaning is weak 3.

The fridge in the room was empty when we checked in. there is no mini bar, even drinking water is not available in the room. In the lobby bar, vodka is free, and bottled water is for money.
On the recipe, it was very often possible to observe how people cursed about cleaning the rooms. During the week of our stay, the bed was not changed for us once. Room cleaning consisted of making the bed and arranging shoes according to Feng Shui.
The saddest thing about the hotel is the food. We learned a lot of new "dishes", for example, sliced bread loaf filled with milk and a large assortment of oriental sweets made from semolina. Master class on semolina.
If you don't eat eggs, then you don't have to go to breakfast. 2 times for breakfast fried pancakes, standing in line for 15 minutes. you find that they are raw, they just do not have time to fry.
Meat is generally a rarity, there were such days that it was neither for lunch nor for dinner. Meat (grilled chicken) can be eaten in a snack bar on the beach, but even there you need to stand in line. Very often in the restaurant, vacationers walked in circles with plates in search of what to eat.
We saw a new salad from one ingredient - vermicelli seasoned with mayonnaise.
You could eat plenty of shredded carrots, dill, onions, parsley and oak tomatoes. For seven days they ate boiled rice and eggplant.
The chefs and staff of the restaurant tried, but you can’t cook anything out of nothing. The waiters are great, very friendly and conscientious.
In bars, beer, vodka and cocktails are in abundance. Animation is great, it's fun every evening.
The hotel is youthful and suitable for families with children, a beach for every taste. both a gentle entrance to the sea and from the platform. But the seats on the sun loungers must be taken no later than 7.00, the toilets on the beach were always dirty, as there were many vacationers, and the staff was not designed for such a number of people.

The worst thing was waiting for us at the check-out, at our friends' reception desk, after we gave up the room, they stole the bag in which the passports were. And then serious problems began. . The staff at the reception immediately became non-Russian-speaking, and in every possible way refused to call the police. With difficulty, after 2 days without documents and things, they reached the consulate, having traveled all over Turkey from Bodrum to Ankara, all this at their own expense, they flew to Istanbul and from there to Ukraine. In this situation, when you are in a foreign country without documents, those who should help you, namely, the hotel staff, the hotel guide, the tour agency (Magnolia Tour, Zaporozhye) - did not help at all. Even by phone, the tour agency did not ask whether their tourists returned or not....
Gratitude to the consulate in Ankara and selfless Turks who helped fly home.
