I read the reviews and couldn't resist my own comments. Just arrived from the hotel - rested with a friend - she has a daughter, I have a son 10-11 years old. Of course, we were prepared for the fact that manna from heaven for such a price would not fall on our heads, we knew that they gave the hotel five stars only for the territory and for the number of pools, BUT !! ! Gentlemen - it's not even 4 stars! ! of course, if you go with a company to "vislovo" - everything will be sort of normal. But if you come to deservedly relax for 10 days, then you expect at least goodwill and decent service. The first thing that killed - no one (with rare exceptions!! ) from the hotel staff will smile at you and "hello! " will not mumble, not speaking from the banal "how are you" and "how are you relaxing. " Even after Egypt it was very surprising. I agree with the previous comment - mostly poor foreigners rest, and (sorry !! ! - Russian herself! ) Redneck Russians.
