What a terrible service!!!
From 22.06. 2008 to 03.07. 2008 rested with friends and children in Turkey at the Green Beach Resort. The hotel is 5 *, but in fact it barely reaches 4 *. When buying a ticket, I read a lot of reviews about this hotel, the reviews were for 2006, so they said in the tragedy not to pay attention, everything has changed there for a long time. I can say for sure that nothing has changed and I saw people who took pictures of this hotel and promised to write about this nightmare. This is not anti-advertising, as many people think when reading bad reviews. I'll start in points.
1. Arriving at the hotel, in front of the entrance there was a dried stump from a previously growing palm tree, a funny sight, because this is the face of a 5 * hotel.

2. At the reception they tried to settle quickly, so they shoved people into the worst rooms. We have 3 families, we were offered 2 rooms (and this is for $ 60), such as family rooms. This is a room in which there are two rooms, in one it seems normal, like everywhere else, but in the second it is a room in the hallway, where two beds can hardly fit and there is not even a window (pantry). We refused, they gave us three rooms: one good one with a balcony; the second with a balcony, but very small, there was practically no passage between the bed and the mirror; and I have a big room without a balcony. You can put up with this, after all, they didn’t come to sit in the room, I didn’t have light in the entrance and on the stairs, at the request of a couple of hours they made the light in the entrance, and a few days later they turned it off, but they made the light on the stairs (who lived in a bungalow in this hotel you will understand me, without light you can kill yourself, steep slopes and very dark).
3. Arriving after settling on the beach, everything was busy, the pool carried bleach, so many swam in glasses. After a couple of days, it became clear that everyone takes places from 7 in the morning, at 9 it was hard to find even places without an umbrella. At sea, the stairs to the water are half-broken, the pier is wooden, and when you lie on the pier and someone passes along it, a nasty clatter is created.
4. The general restaurant surprised even more. The serving of the table consisted in the fact that there was a napkin holder on the table, salt and pepper, and a knife and fork. There were no glasses or cups. You have to take everything yourself, there were few glass glasses, but there were many disposable (5 *), the menu is monotonous and consists of several dishes, especially at lunch there is practically nothing to eat, there was no normal food, there was a queue for meat, you stand for 20 minutes and they give 2 pieces . Sweets are just awful, everything is ugly, like pieces of semolina porridge, painted in different colors. There were fruits, but they must be taken first of all, otherwise they will not be there later, not enough. Queuing for watermelon. There is no ice cream at all. Not enough clean dishes.
5. In the bar, free cocktails in plastic cups (gin and tonic, gin sprite, gin cola, gin yupi, Turkish vodka, beer and wine), everything else is paid, but even then all this is poured into a plastic glass without any cherries and umbrellas). The bar is open until 23.00. At 23.05 they won’t even pour you water, they have water for a fee, so everyone goes with bottles and stocks up on water for the evening and night.
6. Cleaning in the room consists in making the bed and changing towels, sometimes they took out the garbage, even a tip did not help. The tap water is salty, you can wash only with their gel and shampoo, ours does not wash, the towels are hard, smelly, but clean.

7. The disco is open until 2 am. In the evening there is nowhere to sit, there are few tables in the bar, everyone sits on sunbeds near the pool. Children's slides work only two, in the children's pool they do not work at all.
8. Animation is more or less normal, although during the day it takes place only near the main pool. They play with children, as in any hotel, in the evening there is a children's disco.
9. The hotel area is large, but unkempt and dirty, something is being built next to the general restaurant.
The hotel obviously does not pull on 5 *, some hotel employees even agree with this, before buying a ticket there, read the reviews, there are even photo reviews of the hotel on the Internet. Yes, and I’m not the first time in Turkey and my friends have already been 4 times, there is something to compare with. A package for 11 nights and 12 days cost me with two children with a discount of $2200, this hotel is not even worth $1500
