We rested in Green Beach with my wife, and our torment began from the first day of our arrival at the hotels! The room turned out to be just terrible: the air conditioner did not work (it blew warm air), water was constantly flowing from under the bathroom, dead insects were in the ceiling lamps above the bed, and I won’t even talk about dirty curtains. They approached the administrator Murat with a request to change the number - he didn’t even listen! During the rest, the linen was not changed, for tips they made butterflies from unwashed duvet covers. The water in the mini-bar was after the third approach to the administrator.
The hotel has problems with drinking water, there were not enough coolers, they sold water in the store on the ground floor for 2 lira for 1.5 liters - that's all inclusive! The kitchen does not pull five stars, mostly only vegetables, and the visibility was made by a bunch of trays with tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, etc. We had to queue for meat and hot cakes - again, there was not enough for everyone!
Drinks, not so much! Beer can be said to be non-alcoholic, local vodka is also no more than 20%, and in vending machines the so-called "yuppies" from which heartburn!

There is nothing to do in the evening: the animation seemed boring, and even then until 11 p. m. , there were only drives at the disco, and the bar was meager (if I had known about such 5 stars, I would have bought goods in duty free.
When selling tickets for excursions, they deceive with the time of delivery to the place - they say to go 2-3 hours one way, but in reality it takes 4.5 hours one way.
As a plus of the hotel, I will say: polite and friendly staff, very beautiful territory - many different flowers, cacti and various plants, the cleanest sea and a lot of baited fish!
The overall impression is 60 to 40 more negative, but having met wonderful people, the rest brightened up! In general, as they say, "What is good for a Russian is death for a German. "
I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and will try to tell my tour operator everything!! !
