We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in September. 1) We arrived in the morning at 6.30, were able to check us in at 14.15. No complaints, because check-in by general rules at 14.00. They offered to go for breakfast and lunch. I recommend preparing things that you may need right away so that it is convenient to get it. After breakfast we went to the beach until lunch. Things were left at the reception. Disliked: no room to change clothes, had to change clothes in the toilet. 2) We settled in a bungalow, room No. 2532 was on the 3rd floor, overlooking the sea, without a balcony. The room is normal, clean, hot water, beautiful view, everything is in colors. Cleaning and change of towels was daily, the bed was changed once, mustard Fatima, very positive and pleasant. 3) Restaurant: the food is normal, a lot, you can't go hungry. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful. They work well. We were served by the waiter Ahmed, a nice smiling young man. 4) The sea and nature are magnificent. Very comfortable air and water temperature during the day and in the evening. 5) In general, the hotel is shabby, it needs renovation. The territory is large, green, but not well-groomed. The advertised restaurants were not open. The pools are clean and the area around them was cleaned daily. 6) Wi-Fi works in the lobby, on the beach and in the tea house, and then mostly in the morning and evening, when there are fewer people. 7) Animators are very positive.
The hotel is very large, the staff is trying, but it is difficult to cope with such a large number of tourists. And it's hard to please everyone.
