We chose a tour on the recommendation of an agency employee, after reading negative reviews and very much doubting the correctness of the choice. But they were actually VERY SATISFIED!!!
1. Accommodation. At first, they gave the room not bad, but did not like the view from the balcony. right in front of him grew a large tree that blocked the entire view. We had to persuade a little and they gave us another room with a great view at no extra charge. We lived in a Club Standard bungalow on the 2nd floor. The room is not large, but clean, everything is working, it is clear that the repairs were not done yesterday, but if you do not arrange the "auditor" program and do not look for flaws in the details, then everything is pretty decent. I'll add a photo of the view from the balcony.
2. Territory. Very big, green, many palm trees and flowers. I really liked that there are no usual mowed lawns and shrubs, and all the vegetation is more natural. One gets the impression that you are not in a hotel, but in a small town located somewhere on the island. It also reminds me a lot of Crimea)))

3. Nutrition. The food is good, there is a lot of food, they cook deliciously, there is always a variety for every taste. Never left hungry. Unfortunately, there were no frills like seafood, but otherwise it was very good. It also didn’t happen that someone didn’t have enough, trays full of food were brought immediately as soon as something started to end.
4. Beach. For the most part it consists of a platform where the descent into the water from the stairs and there is a children's beach with a gentle entrance, but it is not large. There were no problems with places, if you don’t care where to lie, then you can always find a place. We rested with children, so we tried to take a place on the children's beach. Somewhere before 8.00 it is quite real, you can take a seat and go to breakfast. Well, those who like to sleep, of course, will have to sunbathe in another place))). The sea is very clean and beautiful, just no words!!!
5. Service. The staff is very polite, helpful, it is clear that they try to please. I really liked that the staff speaks Russian, there were never any problems in communication. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed, soap, shampoo, toilet paper delivered as expected.
6. Animation. The most common, not bad and not good. We were not interested in it, except that the children went to the nursery, they were interested, but in the end they got tired of the monotony.
The overall impression is very good. We went for the beautiful sea, the sun and positive emotions, we got all this! And of course, everyone has different requirements for rest, there is no exquisite luxury in this hotel, the hotel is more like a solid 4 * well, or a budget 5 *. But the price is right too! Well worth the money! Would love to come back!
