We returned from the hotel on 07/20, I did not think that all the bad reviews would turn out to be so true, the hotel was falling apart before our eyes.
Let's start with the bad
We got a family room, in which literally everything fell off or was partially broken, there was no light when we checked in, we were told at the reception that the problem was in the whole hotel and everything would be fixed soon, but after 6 hours nothing still worked, after 2 more calls to us they sent an electrician who directly connected the contacts from the machine bypassing the mechanism for controlling the location of the card in the room and said that they would fix everything tomorrow, a bonus they didn’t fix anything for us until the end of our departure.
In the room of the three available outlets, one was burnt out.

2 TVs in the room are cool, especially if they still worked normally, the remotes are not from them and half of the functions do not work on them, so it’s unlikely that you can watch movies from flash drives, about the ripples and interference of the 1st Russian channel, which I can’t adjust in any way I'm silent.

A bath with a broken plug is probably the norm for this hotel, as a shower it was not very successful to use because there are no doors or curtains, and glass for 1/3 of the bath makes it very good to fill the floor.
If you like bathing in cold salty water or brushing your teeth, this is definitely the place for you.
Hot water is not always available and it is usually not enough for everyone.
And in the combined bathroom there is no ventilation
But all this pales in comparison with the level of cleaning, they didn’t clean it normally at all, this is probably the level of a hotel in Turkey 2 no higher, they didn’t add toiletries without contacting the reception, they didn’t wash the floor, and since we had 1 of the rooms under the roof with which something was constantly falling (fortunately not on the bed), it was very important.
Bed linen was changed 1 time in 10 nights, towels are not changed, but your dirty ones are folded, even those that lie on the floor (for legs), a couple of times I contacted the reception about this, the changers apologized and promised to talk about the work of the cleaner, but this is the situation did not change.
The Kyrgyz girls at the reception simply lie, if the Turks take up the problem, they will solve it, but perhaps not for long.
There are no drains in public toilets and there is always urine on the floor, especially on the beach near the elevator.
There is no guest relation as such, there is an A la card restaurant, but it never works.

Regarding animation, read other reviews - this is gay animation, more or less professional employees there 2 are the host (leader) and the one who participates in the fakir show, everyone is trying to do it themselves, but it would be better not to do it because having been in other places and saw how it must be, you understand the level of unprofessionalism, especially with regard to the fire show, this is the worst animation of all 12 hotels in Turkey in which we have been.
And in this hotel, with a small selection of drinks, discrimination against those who do not drink alcoholic beverages is poured into small glasses, they refuse to pour into large ones, it is very inconvenient to carry 4-6 glasses instead of 2-3, especially for a family
There are practically no fruits in the diet, you will not die of hunger, you will even most likely get better, but there is no variety on the menu.
Sunbeds on the beach are occupied from 6 in the morning, although this is prohibited by the rules of the hotel, but no one cares about it, beach towels are stolen, they themselves have seen attempts.
The entrance to the sea in shallow water is poor, the handrails on the stairs are constantly breaking on the pier

Now to the good
This is a territory, it is quite clean (not very well-groomed, but clean) a lot of pools for every taste, there is a lot of everything for the hotel to be 5 if it was well looked after, relatively clean sea (especially in the morning)
I would also like to note the work of the staff responsible for cleaning the tables in the restaurant (I can’t call them waiters) they work quickly and well.
WiFi does not work normally only on the beach in the evening and badly on the 4th, 5th floors
