Rested with three families: 4 pers. , 3 pers. , 2 pers. Everyone has the same opinion. The problems started even after placement. All rooms were booked in the main building. There were 2 rooms in our family, children were supposed to live in one. They were given a room with one double bed, but my husband and I had to wait another forty minutes for our room. We said that we would take a room with one bed for ourselves, and the children, since they are already adults, need two separate beds. As a result, we ended up on the 6th floor, the children - on the 1st. But everything would be fine, only the rooms on the 1st floor are a semi-basement with a musty smell of dampness. It is simply impossible to be in the room. The request to change the room was granted only on the third day with the intervention of the guide. The plumbing works very poorly in the rooms: everything is leaking. And moreover, such a puddle flows that there are simply no words. There is also a problem with repairs: they are not particularly in a hurry to fix anything. I had to come up 3 times. Cleaned every day, but also without overworking. For 2 weeks, the linen was changed 2 times, towels are changed every day, the floor is washed just as if, but the dust was never wiped off! Very high audibility. The disco is open until one in the morning on the first floor, on the sixth floor you can hear the low frequencies just fine! The food is quite monotonous, but enough for breakfast and lunch. But something terrible is going on for dinner: to get a table on the street, you have to come before dinner starts. And it's a shame for the Russians: tables were occupied just by running! For meat and dishes that were prepared on the street, there is a huge queue, portions are small, men had to take 2 plates, supposedly for another person. Ice cream paid, freshly squeezed juice $5!! ! Turkish coffee 5 lira, and not brewed in the sand, but in an incomprehensible way. Sunbeds on the sea must be borrowed at 7 am. You will come after breakfast - the problem is to find even 2 sunbeds. The main pool has the same problem. There is no air conditioning in the main building either in the lobby or in the lobby bar! The smell is terrible! In the lobby bar at 11 p. m. even the water machine is turned off. All decent cocktails are paid, only burda from local drinks and diluted "yuppies" is free. No other 5* hotel has this! The ping-pong table was folded most of the time (it's free! ) Animation is tolerable, but monotonous. The territory is large, 4 swimming pools, one of them is covered. There is a sauna and a steam room. If you want to get a massage or spa treatments, then get ready to pay the same as in Moscow. The nearest village of Gundogan is a 25-30 minute walk. To Bodrum 30-40 min. a bus ride, and the ticket is also expensive, or two minibuses with a transfer. Here are some impressions. Although, of course, we rested having fun, because the company is big, and all are cheerful people. But the hotel does not pull on 5 *, a maximum of 3 *. They asked the guide why such a discrepancy, because they paid a lot of money for the rest, he replied that they gave 5 * mainly for a large area. That's it!
