For several days we have been relaxing in this really wonderful hotel, in an absolutely amazingly beautiful place, and still we are pleasantly impressed by the insanely beautiful nature, the cleanest sea, well-thought-out infrastructure, helpful and polite staff ready to please hotel guests.
The bulk of vacationers are: Turks, Germans, British, Russians, Poles.
In this regard, the main language of communication between staff and guests: of course Turkish, English and German, which of course creates some difficulties in communicating Russian and Russian-speaking tourists with staff, but the hotel staff make every effort to create a comfortable stay for their guests, regardless of whether in what language do you address them.
We were lucky to meet an interesting and very positive hotel employee, bell boy Bekir. He speaks Russian quite well and surprisingly quickly helped to resolve all our issues, together with the reception supervisor, the beautiful Zeynep (Zeynep): with the selection of a room, prompt check-in and providing all the information we needed for the rest.
By the way, at the entrance to the beach there is a SPA point "EFOR" and a friendly consultant
Remzi, he speaks quite tolerably in Russian and can also guide you on any issues and, of course, on the services of the SPA center itself (the latter information will be useful to those who are fluent in Russian only and will be glad to know those who who can be contacted and receive an answer in Russian).
