We rested at the Kefaluka Resort, 5 * family (two adults and two children) in August 2011.
Location: The hotel is located quite far from the airport (approximately 1.5 - 2 hours on an individual transfer) and to the nearest settlements (Bodrum or Turgutreis) a little less than an hour - by taxi (60 dollars one way, + even more expensive at night - not a cheap pleasure ) or by hotel minibus (5 euros per person both ways).
Housekeeping - NO, just some pathetic imitation. They asked to be cleaned in the morning, as the children sleep after dinner - as a result, they generally ignored the cleaning of our room. However, on the penultimate day on the bed, the cleaning lady made something like a “heart” out of towels and sprinkled with rose petals - smiled 

Animation - OK, but without much enthusiasm. It's annoying that the animators periodically offer: CDs, T-shirts, lottery tickets. And, they perceive the refusal with some kind of resentment that I don’t understand, or they think that a T-shirt with the inscription “Kefaluk Animating Team” will be the main attribute of the wardrobe.
Spa center - seemed quite expensive, but my wife and I took a couple of procedures. There is a small nuance - payment in the Spa center is not made in cash, but is credited to the account of the room and paid upon check-out. As a result, they added extra 80 Euros - I spent about an hour to remove the "mysterious procedure" - it's unpleasant that no one even apologized.
Meals: Food in sufficient assortment, in addition there is a diabetic and children's table. Always a large selection of desserts and fruits, which delighted the children. Never left hungry. Alcohol - normal, really liked the cocktails. However, it is necessary to warn / insist in advance that imported alcohol be poured, since the bartender always has an analogue from the local “unknown couturier”. I was a little upset that all a la carte restaurants are paid (Turkish, Mexican, fish and Italian) - 5 euros per adult. I liked the fish one more, the most important plus is a super panorama.
The contingent is families with children or newlyweds. There is no youth wandering around in a drunken stupor in search of adventure. During our stay, I don’t know why there were a lot of Turks (80%), but the attitude, in principle, is the same for everyone in terms of service.
Climate / water - I really like the climate in Bodrum, as it is very warm during the day, and in the evening it is refreshingly cool and the most important plus is that there is no humidity, such as in Antalya. However, due to the special location of the hotel - a strong wind is constantly blowing, especially on the beach. The water is a little cold, but I personally like it. The beach was very disappointing - there are pebbles everywhere and sharp stones in the sea, even in a special children's area, which is extremely inconvenient with small children. There were never any problems with free sunbeds near the pool or on the beach.

The hotel left a double impression, as honestly expected a big  I do not recommend visiting this hotel - the declared price-quality ratio does not match.
P. s. I am writing a report for the first time, I really hope that my review will be useful to you in choosing a hotel!
I wish you all a positive holiday!
