I'll start with the most important thing in my opinion: animation, it's just not here, just like a small disco, there is no entertainment, only music was sometimes turned on by the pool. In the evening, most of the holidaymakers, namely 90% of the British, put on their best "outfits" and went to the bar to quickly take places for their families. Their entertainment was limited to playing cards and drinking alcohol. Now about the numbers. We were put in a tiny room, with two small and narrow beds, a little wider than in the train. And when we went out to the expected balcony, we were very surprised.... It turned out that this was not a balcony, but just a large window sill, on which one person could barely fit. There was no shower curtain for the bath, as a result, a huge puddle formed on the floor, which dried out only in the morning. There is a special shortage of towels. One big one for the body per person, one small one is visible for the arms for TWO and one for the legs also for TWO. It was difficult to call it towels, rather rags or rags washed out, torn in some places........wiping is not very pleasant. Cleaning is not fabulous, in a few days, we never changed our linen, and the crumpled bedspread was systematically thrust into the nightstand. Antediluvian central air conditioning, you can not regulate it. Works by the hour: sometimes cold, sometimes hot. Food at the hotel for those who want to lose weight. No meat for dinner, as well as lunch and breakfast. Only paper ham, disgusting in appearance and taste, and sausage for breakfast, which winds up after a few hours of lying, and a modest scrambled egg, which looks like slurry. The only thing you can eat at the hotel for lunch, breakfast and dinner is watermelon, although this is not always provided. From drinks it is better to drink water, teacoffee and cola, the so-called "yuppie juices" are simply disgusting (((. The beach is a separate topic. Firstly, it is a 5-7 minute walk, and secondly, the road will replace any simulator for you, since it goes at an angle of 45 degrees, I am not exaggerating at all, I myself thought, reading other reviews, that this is nonsense, but in fact Walking up such a steep hill can significantly ruin your vacation, especially for older people and children. We saw how the elderly were really upset when they saw how they had to go to the beach in the next 2 weeks.... The beach itself is a platform from where a staircase goes to the sea. A person with an average height will immediately be chest-deep. The bottom there is sandy, but there are also some stones overgrown with algae. I want to say right away that the coastal waters are downright teeming with fish, whole shoals, and not small ones, when they touch you, the sensations are not the most pleasant, besides, local fishermen come and throw pieces of bread into the water, a whole squad of fish immediately flies on them, all this swims in the sea with you. I also want to note that sometimes "local" residents or whole crowds of local boys come to the city beach, who begin to muddy the water, yell, etc. . The water in both pools is terribly chlorinated, you only have to jump in for a second, as you will stink of bleach from a kilometer away. There is also no entertainment on the beach, not even music......... Mostly compatriots hang out on the sea, because the rest do not reach, probably because of the steep climb. I would also like to say about the work of the guide.....If you have even the most minor problems, be prepared to solve them yourself. They didn’t change the room for us, although it wasn’t difficult in the low season, we didn’t see breakfast on the day of departure, although in the evening our esteemed guide promised that he ordered them for all of them, so we left without eating. There are no books of complaints and suggestions in hotels. No one wants to defend your rights, given that the staff there just do not know what duties should be performed. Just do the impression that the guide is afraid to engage in Botalia with the staff for some reason. He tried to hush up all the problems, as a result, without solving a single ode, he didn’t even try, thinking what I would think about him.... too many jambs just happened. I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE! In general, summing up the results of my trip, I can only say that this hotel is suitable exclusively for a young couple who want to be alone with each other and are not very whimsical.
