First, I will write about the pros of the hotel - this is the location. Close to the main attractions of Bodrum. Tolerable internet and towels without cards and deposit. On this, perhaps, everything.

There will be a lot of text further, because more than one hotel has not hurt me so much with its bestial attitude towards guests.

The concept stated in our voucher was Ultra All Inclusive and Club Sea View room category. Inspired by the beautiful photos from the Booking site and the high rating of the hotel there, we hoped for a good stay.
But, from the first hours of arrival, deception on the part of employees began. We had an early check-in at the hotel. They brought a group at 7 am. According to the hotel employee, the rooms should have been provided to us after 14:00, because there are no free ones.
At the same time, we were put on bracelets and offered to go to breakfast.
At the end of breakfast, each of our group was approached by a restaurant employee and wrote down the names ...

It turned out that this breakfast was paid for us and cost 90 lire (about 280 UAH) per person.
To be honest, this is the first time I have come across such sloppiness, especially if the hotel guests have the Ultra All concept and, in my opinion, they should be warned about such nuances.
By the way, the bracelets were changed after 12-00. It turned out that the bracelet that we put on in the early morning was, apparently, only so that an employee could identify us in the restaurant and write down our names.
There is only 1 bar on site! Which is very inconvenient. At the same time, half of the drinks that are in the bar are, according to the bartenders, Extra (i. e. , for an additional fee). And the cocktails that were prepared according to our Ultra All concept often had an incomprehensible taste and it was impossible to drink them. In addition, everything is poured into cups made of thin cheap plastic. Somehow, they even made Turkish coffee in a paper cup for me. Each time serving in normal glasses-cups had to be begged for. They argued that covid and the rules prohibit it.
At the same time, the locals immediately drank from normal dishes in the bar.

The settlement was a separate infernal hell. It turned out that the Club Room See View category is accommodation in old rooms, the view from which can hardly be called a sea view.
I was shown 3 numbers:
1) overlooking a mountain of construction debris, a staff smoking room and parking from staff cars. Behind this beautiful set you could see the sea, if you walk...
2.2 rooftop rooms that weren't even closed in any way. The receptionist just opened the door without anything. I suspect that in the summer season, for humane reasons, it was impossible to settle there because of the heat. I refused to take these rooms either, because the road to them was difficult (no elevator up the stairs) and it was hellishly hot there. After I received an answer that there were no more numbers and there was nothing more to show me.
In my opinion, rooms with such conditions cannot be sold and accommodate guests.

When booking a room, make sure that the category is Hotel Sea View, if you want a view, like on booking and a room after renovation in the main building.
I agreed to pay for the category upgrade, but they told me that there were no available rooms in the main building.

After calling the host company, they received an answer that take any of the shown ones today, and tomorrow your hotel guide will be there and will help with relocation to a normal room. They were not ready to change the hotel.

After this conversation, and it happened at 16-00 (let me remind you, we checked into the hotel at 7 in the morning), the hotel employee said that the room in the main building had miraculously been released, but you would have to pay an extra 20 euros per day for it and it was not cleaned . She showed me the number, he came up to us and immediately ordered in front of me that the maid removed it. We went on to wait by the pool for our settlement. Came back 3 hours later - the room was still not ready...

We settled somewhere at 19-30, i. e.
more than 12 hours after check-in and 5 hours after standard check-in time. Nobody compensated for the time and nerves spent on it.

The minibar in the room had a small bottle of juice, 2 bottles of sparkling water, 2 cans of cola and 2 bottles of plain water. More mini-bar was not replenished for the whole week of rest. Only put a large bottle of drinking water.

The food is very mediocre. I already spoke about drinks - you can only drink juice (but be careful, because they brought me sour one time), beer and white wine. I remind you that the concept of Ultra All Inclusive. Summer, I want ice cream - it is, but only at dinner, 2 types from large buckets. During the day, they sell ice cream in packs near the pool - this is extra, that is, for an additional fee.

By the way, on the first day of arrival, I saw a bartender in the second bar, which is indoors, but according to her, everything was there for an additional fee. Even juice for the baby. Then this bar just closed.
At 9-10 in the morning there are no free sunbeds. Everyone is occupied at 6-7 in the morning.

There is only 1 channel on TV in Russian, positioning itself as Ukrainian, but clearly with a pro-Russian bias.

Based on all this, I cannot recommend La Quinta by Wyndham.
