Hotel ratings by criteria:
The hotel is quite old and shabby, the vaunted sunbeds and pillows on the beach are dirty, the water in the pool is muddy - it seems it was changed only once a week. Several large dogs roam the beach (most likely they live in a hotel), walk and sleep on mattresses, on which tourists sunbathe during the day (all sunbeds are covered in dirty traces of dog paws).
The rooms are quite spacious and relatively clean, they clean them every day, but they smell disgustingly damp. Neither air conditioning nor ventilation helps get rid of the musty smell.
Mosquitoes live in the thickets around the hotel (and in the rooms, respectively).
The atmosphere around the restaurant is pleasant and looks nice, but only in the evening, when you can't see how shabby everything is.

The food is disgusting - there is no choice, every day the same thing: boiled eggs for breakfast, inedible fried sausages, cucumber-tomatoes, two types of cheese, yogurt, a couple of types of biscuits jam - that's it! for dinner - salads from what was left from breakfast or from yesterday's dinner, plus porridge / rice or potatoes and one type of meat or fish, all the food is tasteless. For dessert, watermelons and melons. They won’t let you die of hunger, but it doesn’t cause appetite at all.
There is no entertainment in the hotel, and in Bitez Bay, where the hotel is located, they are absent in principle. In order not to die of boredom, you need to go to Bodrum (20-30 minutes by minibus 2.5 lira).
If this is the best hotel in its category, then the worst hotels are hard to imagine.
A hotel for a very, very budget holiday, reminiscent of a provincial recreation center of Soviet times.
Very mediocre even for three stars.
