On the day of arrival, we were given a room and, accordingly, a card from the door. I immediately noticed that the card had a small crack on the top. I naively did not attach any importance to this, because I thought that the hotel was "three rubles" and the maps here are the same. But the most important thing is that the card worked. We used it throughout the day and evening without any problems. However, closer to dinner, the card for some unknown reason stopped working, the door did not open. I immediately went to the reception. As it turned out at that moment the director of the hotel was there and she served the guests. When she saw my card, she immediately accused me of breaking it!! ! She did not allow the fact of demagnetization of the card, did not try to "magnetize" the card, as is usually done on special devices. And immediately accused me of breaking it! Made me pay a $10 fine. In case of refusal to pay the fine, she said that we can continue our vacation in the hotel lobby at the reception.
