There are very gloomy and not friendly managers at the reception, very rarely seen them smiling, the feeling that solving the problems of vacationers is a big problem for them. There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room, we had to inform and demand the provision. The rooms are full of ants, the linen was changed only once, bathrobes, slippers were not changed at all in 12 days. Room cleaning with very poor household chemicals leaves an unpleasant smell. The staff does not know how to behave with vacationers at all, especially in the reception area. We were satisfied only with the sun, air and water! We strongly do not recommend to rest in this expensive and unpleasant hotel !!! !
