The mini bar makes additions, we know for sure that we don’t drink carbonated drinks, but they inserted them into our check. They argued, but to no avail! They called and asked to pick up the luggage, waited an hour, no one came. The suitcases were lowered from the second floor by ourselves, no one apologized at the reception! The hotel management needs to think about whether their managers meet the requirements that the employees of a five-star hotel need, because this is fraught with large financial losses. We were at the height of the season, but the hotel was half empty, the restaurants were all empty, there was no atmosphere of the hotel being busy.
