We rested in Turkey for the first time (before that we traveled all over Europe, we rested several times in Egypt, Tunisia). To be honest, we don't want to go to Turkey anymore. Briefly about + and - max objectively and impartially. The hotel is good, beautiful architecture, nature is super, the kitchen is not bad. BUT! The beach is disgusting (a city beach rolled up in concrete with all the ensuing consequences: dirt, unkemptness). The dishes in which alcohol is served are washed, but not WASHED! Several times they served a glass of white wine, around the circumference of which there were lipstick prints of the predecessors (!! ! I'm in shock !!! ), several times I asked the waiter to replace the glass, he changed it incomprehensibly and looked at me like a fool, after the 3rd replacement honestly pointed to lipstick prints. The waiter apologized and for the 4th time brought a clean glass, I met this for the first time! After this incident, we must pay tribute to the bartender (and the waiter) and their memory of European faces (! ), Wine was served to me exclusively in clean dishes (my husband told me, when ordering wine at the bar, that glasses were checked against the light before pouring : )) here's how. The room is excellent and large, BUT there was no TV remote control (so it did not appear until the end of the holiday, but really why? We came to rest, not to watch TV! ). BUT, on the day of departure, the hotel manager insistently offered us to pay 70 lire for the lost remote control, of course, we are cultural people, but culturally we had to show him an unambiguous combination of a well-known gesture. On the very first night we woke up from the sound of water, it turned out that the air conditioner was flowing and not a lot, not a little on our bed. In the shower, the faucet was broken, and the spray itself did not work (! ).
In general, the summary is this: the hotel is not bad, but extremely unkempt, even partially killed by mismanagement. Personally, we are here more than a foot! Although for the sake of objectivity I will say that my husband and I are people who are not spoiled by luxury, without big claims, they are quite democratic. We have a great rest both in the sanatoriums of Belarus and abroad, but Turkey, and specifically the Rosso Verde hotel, has somewhat shaken our opinion about a good vacation. It's honest.
