Rested family of three people (child 7 years). I do not know who in this hotel can like to relax.
The hotel is not well maintained and needs renovation. To begin with, the hotel is designed in such a way that most of the rooms face a noisy city street or with balconies opening into a "stone well" - a view of a blank wall from three sides, so there is no fresh air, no breeze, no views of at least some kind . Stupid wall! And where the rooms face the street, the balconies are somehow beveled at an angle so that there is no view and there is no daylight in the room either. You need to be lucky so that at least you get a room with a view of the hotel courtyard or the opposite street where there is no noise. Those who lived in rooms overlooking this busy street did not sleep until 3-4 am due to noise and loud music.
So, we arrived around 10 am and were immediately given a room: tiny, dark, with three single beds, the smell of dampness and a view of just this notorious street. A common practice, designed for those who are not in the know and, perhaps, will silently settle in and suffer until the end of the holiday. We turned around and went straight to the reception. Then they said there are no free rooms - wait. After 14 we came up again and were taken to the next room with access to a quiet street. It seems to be nothing, but they looked around and were horrified: old furniture, a refrigerator yellowed inside from old age - it’s time to throw it away, it blooms and smells in the shower fungus, dampness, the toilet bowl is a zhah with yellow streaks, the paper holder is dirty and splattered. To be there - not to love yourself! We categorically refused this number.

As a result, we were given a number, as they have on the official website and on all the photos in advertising. But!! ! Dampness, washed-out gray towels, slobbery pillows! This was the first hotel where I wiped everything myself with a sanitizer (fortunately, he is always with us now), as there was a feeling of dirt. For the first time in my history, a hotel does not provide shampoo, shower gel, or a glass for toothbrushes. Water - one small bottle per person per day, but for a child they were not given at all. Another interesting point: in the information sheet in the room it was said that one bottle of water is free upon check-in, and then for a fee, but when we began to figure out why the hotel description says free water every day, they fixed it and the water is still free, but only two bottles. All inclusive)))
On the beach there are not enough sunbeds for everyone and a lot of broken ones. They are also dirty and it looks like no one has washed them since the beginning of the season. Every day we wiped the sunbeds for ourselves with wet wipes and sprayed with antiseptic. And the maximum staff - brushed off the sand with a broom. And this is during the Covid period!
The food is very scarce. You won't go hungry, but you don't have a choice either.
From alcohol they drank only beer. Instant coffee, Turkish 10 liras.
There is no ice cream at all. From fruits - watermelon, apples, plums and sometimes pears.
Liked the massage! I advise.
We had a good rest, but we will never return and do not advise.
