The kids club generally worked disgustingly, they almost didn’t work with children, but employees of the children’s club went every day and offered services for extra money, in the evening the disco for children was the same every day. There are no complaints about the food, but the waiters serve their Turkish fellow citizens first of all, all attention is only to them. Tours are a different story altogether. The guide told us that the excursion to Cleopatra Island would be unforgettable and it would take only half an hour to get to the boat, in the end we drove to the agreed place and waited for an HOUR for the Turkish guide, without whom we had no right to go, then he arrived and did not even apologize for being late. Our Russian guide apologized for him 50 times. We drove to the boat for 3 hours, instead of half an hour promised by the guide. He (the Russian guide Maxim from Coral Travel) generally had a very difficult time putting words into sentences, his speech was completely undelivered and inconsistent. Here are his expressions - "interrupting myself, I will tell you...." or "this excursion is for those who love youth... ". . . In general, with such a guide, the tour was not interesting. Dear tourists, do not take excursions, this is just a waste of money, they are not interesting, and it takes at least three hours to travel by bus. We won't go to this hotel again.
