We returned from the hotel yesterday, so the feeling is very fresh.

We went there by "Turtess-Bingo 5 *", so we did not expect to get to this particular hotel, even getting on the bus at the airport we were notified that we were going to Green Beach, but we had envelopes with the inscription "Isis" in our hands - here we are found out where the "roulette" had thrown us.

It took about 50 minutes to get from the airport, it's good that this is not Alanya, there is something to see all the way - bays, forests, the Aegean Sea. We arrived for dinner, settled us, 24 people, quickly. We were handed cards from the rooms and led up the stairs and stairs "uphill" to our apartments. We got a pretty decent room - exactly as advertised even in their local tourism magazine: a room with a white sofa, carpet on the floor, a double bed. The air conditioner worked properly, the refrigerator did not freeze at all : ) There was an electric kettle and all the accessories for the tea and coffee ceremony in the room (tea and coffee in disposable bags, sugar), in the refrigerator there was a set "for travelers": 3 bottles of mineral water, juice and a half glass of plain water.

We dropped our things and went to eat. The food is quite good, the choice is large, many varieties of olives, a huge number of different cheeses.

Then we went down the many steps to the sea - the sea is simply beyond praise: clean, transparent, with live huge, not frightened fish, good sunbeds and good towels around (who wrote about broken sunbeds and towels in the form of rags - it seems that he was resting in the wrong hotel everything here was top notch.

In a word, everything seemed to suit us... but I’ll dwell on a couple of private episodes, then it will become clear why I titled my review that way.

1. We were traveling with my husband and child, upon check-in it was clearly indicated that there were three of us. When we were taken to the room, I saw that the beds - only a double bed. They started this way and that way, pulling the sofa for decomposability - no way. Finally, they realized that there are really TWO places here, but somehow everyone forgot about the small one. We came to the reception, described the situation - we were assured that "now everything will be decided. " We went to dinner - returned, and there was the same picture of Repin: no one came to us. Again at the reception, again about the "same eggs" - now we are promised "extra bad for child". We are waiting - the bed is not moving. THIRD time we go to the reception (the time is already decent, the little one wants to sleep), we explain the situation again, they deal with something there, then they give out "Is this your room with a sofa? Well, put it there! " I say - but AT LEAST we can have a sheet, or can he lie right on the leatherette? In short, an hour later we had 2 SHEETS in our room, which covered the sofa, plus a pillow was removed from our bed - that's how they placed it in the third room. All this took more than three hours.

2. Rest in Bodrum is 60% of Turks, 30% of Europeans and 10% of CIS vacationers, it makes no sense to even say who all the staff is oriented towards - their loved ones. During the period of mass pilgrimage, there are no free places to devour, so the waiters promptly clean up and set the tables so that we can sit down and eat in a conveyor belt. Situation: we collected plates of grub, we meddle around the restaurant - there is nowhere to sit, we find one cluttered table and ask the waiter to clean it up and lay out the appliances. The waiter at this time is cooing nicely with the Turkish youth sitting next to the company, about 7 people, so he seems to be not up to us, he waves his hand with the look of "yes... now... " and continues the conversation. We shift from foot to foot with grubs, waiting - a person is busy talking. Again, we delicately remind - at this time, one of the Turkish women waves her hand during a conversation and turns a glass on the table: here our waiter, apologizing and bending, changes the tablecloth, cutlery, etc. - we continue, like idiots, to stand over their heads with plates . The picture of our disaster was completed by the eighth Turk, who decided to join their company: he simply looked into my eyes... took my chair and sat down at their friendly table! The husband reminded us for the THIRD time: the waiter had already brushed us off so ugly that we didn’t even want to eat while standing. We wandered off with plates in our hands to look for someone else from the staff in order to still clean this unfortunate table and sit down. Our another waiter who took away the dirty dishes, but forgot to put us clean forks, knives and glasses. Okay, let's eat. . .

3. The refrigerator does not work in the room. We call an expert three times - finally, a person comes, pokes around for 5 minutes and announces with a victorious look: everything is OK! Until the end of the holiday, the refrigerator did not start to freeze, but they have "everything is OK. "

4. It’s very strange that when you ask the reception and room service for 3 days in a row “Well, finally bring an ashtray”, you even learn how this unfortunate ashtray sounds in Turkish - you get it on the third day of rest, they still don’t have time our hands do not reach, BUT no matter how many times you post the ad "DO NOT BE SCARE! " on the door handle, in the form of burning letters near the lock - you will NEVER be able to sleep for 3 hours without their "cute" intervention: then the "room service" will come running, then the "filling the refrigerator" will arrive, then "are you all right? " knock. Question: why these tricks with "DO NOT DISTURB? " And if I'm busy with something like that, and witnesses are useless here? No, a knock on the door - and then as to your home. Hmm... And they knocked out the ashtray for 3 days...

5. In general and in particular: the hotel is clearly for its own and for others here as a place on the outskirts of life: if you need something, look for it and knock it out yourself. Children's animation - in the same direction, we saw it 1 time in 8 days, on the beach, the girls swam with the kids for 10 minutes, then they rode off somewhere. Already finished. Therefore, it’s good if you eat either with a company and you don’t care, or as a family and you have very simple requests.

6. Separate "fiery merci" to the representative of "Turtesse" in the hotel - out of the promised daily visits, this cunning man visited the hotel at most 1 time, we didn't even get him. It's good that the fax with the departure time was sent... 3 hours before check-out from the rooms.

I put the hotel 7 out of 10, and only because last year we were in Alanya - in comparison with it, here is just a paradise.
