In September we were in Bodrum. Not the first time in Turkey, a beautiful country, wonderful people, but this time there was a reptile (you can’t say it softer) that spoiled the rest. We were at the Bitez Garden Life hotel, we were delighted with the service and rest. We knew in advance that the beach was public with free sunbeds and mattresses. However, on the ninth day of the beach holiday, an employee of the Vona restaurant, which is located next to the beach, approached us and began to rudely demand that we buy a drink at the restaurant. He was told that he did not want to drink. He grabbed our things and started throwing us off the beach and swearing terribly. The next day my son asked him to apologize, but he got into a fight. They barely restrained themselves so as not to call the police or the gendarmerie. I think such people and such behavior dishonors the beautiful country of Turkey and casts a shadow on the very good people who work in hotels. It is necessary to carry out work to exclude such cases, to be attentive to any complaint or claim.
