This year the trip to Turkey was completely unplanned, and the decision on the need for a trip was made literally in a week. As always, the staff of Loungemania did everything clearly and quickly, picked the best dates, tour, seats on the plane, the safest hotel, and now, a week later, we are already sitting in a carriage to the hotel)).
We rested for 4 full days - from September 2nd to 5th at the Golden Age Hotel. Everything was very pleasant and our expectations from the rest were fully justified. Below is a short summary of the points:
1. Food. For us, this is always one of the main elements of the holiday. Fed at the hotel just fine - 5 times a day. 3 times of them - full meals, buffet, everything is very diverse and interesting, but there were practically no spicy dishes; a lot of fruits - peaches, grapes, apples, watermelons, melons; for breakfast, in addition to other dishes, there are always 5 types of eggs; one evening they had fresh tuna steaks for dinner. There are usually a lot of people in the dining room, but there were always places.

2. Numbers. We had an annex room. Not very big, but comfortable. There is always hot water, the room was cleaned every day, the bed and towels are clean, there is no dust in the room.
3. Beach. There were always enough sun loungers, clean beach towels, next to the bar there is always tea, coffee, beer, cocktails only in the bars near the pools. The beach is large enough, the pontoon is beautifully illuminated at night, in principle, like the rest of the hotel.
4. Sea. Very clean and transparent (when there is no wind to the shore and does not bring algae). There are a lot of fish, but not colored, as in Egypt. We rented a yacht ($30 per person), swam all day, made 4 stops, it was possible to snorkel everywhere, I especially liked the “aquarium” lagoon, the water is simply unrealistically clear, white sand (unlike the rest of the area where the rock) and a lot of small fish, you could go ashore with a pebble beach. Along the route of the yacht, the most gorgeous landscapes - mountains, sea, white houses on the shore...
5. City. The hotel is located in Yalikavak. One evening we went out into the city (15-20 minutes walk from the hotel), were on the city embankment. Everything is very beautiful and well-groomed, planted with palm trees and cacti. There are hundreds of yachts at the pier. The next day we decided to leave for Bodrum. The journey from the hotel to the Yalikavak bus station costs 2.5 lira per person, but it would be possible to walk (20-25 minutes from the hotel), then a minibus to Bodrum (5 lira per person). The whole journey took about 45 minutes. In Bodrum, as well as in Yalikavak, absolutely all the houses are white, the embankment is not so beautiful, but very long. We also walked along several streets, very narrow and cozy, pomegranates and bananas grow in local yards, we even saw a cactus 3 floors high, in supermarkets prices are indicated in liras and dollars.

In general, the rest turned out to be just great, in 4 days we received a huge amount of impressions and did not have time to get bored. The sea all the time was about 24 degrees, the sun was not too scorching and it was very comfortable to relax. I think in the future it will be necessary to visit a few more resorts in Turkey for comparison; )
